Lalita was a wonderful instructor. All the information she provided to us was very clearly laid out. The practical instruction was very easy to follow. The cost of the program was very reasonable. I will be coming back from our recertification and telling other Early Childhood Educators of BC.

I had a very positive experience with Vancouver First Aid's (Kingsway location) during their 2-day Standard First Aid CPR-C and AED course. Instructors were friendly and knowledgeable! I enjoyed the course and feel confident and competent in my first aid abilities! I would recommend to a friend!

Sarv is a really good staff. I am an international student and suck at English and he helped me a lot with patience and explain me a lot of things when I feel confused.
His type of teaching didn’t let us feel boring at all and we learned a lot of important skills through his teaching.
If I fail, I will definitely attend his class again.
Btw the practical stuff is lowkey hard for me lol.

Completed an EFA course with Sarv, and had a wonderfully educational experience. The course ran from 9-5, but it certainly did not feel that long. Sarv made the course very enjoyable, and effortlessly taught in a way that was very engaging yet informative. I particularly enjoyed the balance of classroom styled learning with practical learning. Overall, I would highly recommend Vancouver First Aid and Sarv! He is awesome!

I had Sarv as the instructor. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and highly interactive throughout the session. This was definitely one of the best learning experiences I’ve had, and one of the best instructors I’ve ever had.
He did an excellent job delivering the BLS course. The class was very engaging, and the content was current and well organized. I especially appreciated that he included additional hospital based practices for those of us working in clinical settings. it was a great refresher and made the learning more practical.

I completed my CPR Level B training with Lalita, and it was a great experience. She explained all the procedures clearly and made sure everyone understood both the theory and practical skills. Lalita was patient, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the training. She created a comfortable learning environment and answered all questions confidently. I took the healthcare provider BLS certification with Kyle and found the course excellent because Kyle was able to reinforce some of the most important aspects of the primary survey and secondary survey. The delivery was comprehensive. The classroom topics were covered in real time allowing everyone to practice thoroughly. I hope Kyle continues to work as an instructor. All the best.

I took a CPR/BLS class with Dave and he was fantastic! Super funny, engaging, and really knows how to teach in a way that sticks. He used real-life stories that made everything easier to understand and remember. It wasn’t just a class it was actually fun! Highly recommend learning from Dave if you get the chance.

My instructor (unfortunately didn’t get name, but small, skinny East Indian RN with long hair) was really great: very knowledgeable, efficient, great communicator, and excellent teaching method. I would like to share my honest feedback regarding the course.

1. Instructor: My instructor, Sonam, is simply amazing and the entire course today was such joy to the classroom. Despite having classes from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, she made the learning experience enjoyable and engaging. I learned so much but effectively in just one day, and her teaching style made the material easy to remember.
Sonam is truly a gem!

2. Communication: I had to reschedule my classes due to my baby being sick, and the manager was very kind and understanding in this situation.

However, I encountered a slight issue with communication. I reminded the rep (Joanna) about my upcoming class after not hearing back from her. I waited but no response, I called early the day before, but she only responded to my email around 10:00pm after my email(seemed like she forgot until I emailed her) and despite reminded her about the class next day, waiting for her reply whole day about the class today.

Due to this communication hiccup, I hesitate to give a full five stars at first. However, Sonam’s outstanding instruction truly deserves ten stars, as she made this experience incredibly valuable despite the minor setback.

Also appreciate the manager being understanding about the reschedule situation

Dave Eden was my instructor today for the child care emergency first aid course at Surrey location. The day went quickly as Dave made it fun, and provided very organized sessions for us to follow. He used the very plain language and real-life stories to explain the terms and procedures, which is very friendly for non-native speakers. He is really good at summarizing the course contents, that helped me fully understand and get the points. In order to successfully pass the exam, what we need to do is to pay attention to Dave’s speech as he has covered everything that we need to know for the training. I will definitely recommend this course to my colleagues. Thank you!
