Puppy Heaven in Las Vegas is exceptional. I have been searching for the right puppy and I am so grateful I found them. My new little puppy is everything I dreamed of and more - adorable, cuddly, full of personality and in perfect health.

What impressed me most was how much they care. They weren't just trying to make a sale, they genuinely wanted to make sure I was prepared and that the puppy was going to a loving home. They provided so much information and ongoing support.

My house is now full of puppy kisses and tail wags. Thank you Puppy Heaven for my perfect little addition!

Our Arlo is so precious that she is growing beautifully and likes dressing up! Formerly known as Lilo! We are so happy to have her! We had her last June 2025 and now she is 1 year 6mos! ☺️☺️☺️ she goes to church every Sunday and she is well behaved! She goes everywhere as she is now a service Dog! She likes to travel and just chill or sleep! She likes playing with big Dogs too!😊😊😊🐶🐶🐶🐶 Thank you Puppy Heaven!☺️☺️

Puppies Heaven is such a hidden gem! They have a great selection of small-breed puppies, and the store is very clean. Sean was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions since I was a first-time puppy owner. Boba (formerly Usher) caught my attention the moment I saw him. The adoption process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new furry member!

Puppy Heaven is selling sick dogs, and the owner Lee told me that sickness is just going around right now and their policy allows them to sell sick dogs. It's all in their contract.

My husband and I recently purchased a female Silky Terrier from Puppy Heaven named Legend. We are located in Los Angeles, so we had Legend delivered to us.

Upon arrival Legend was very lethargic and had a cough. We took her to the vet the following day and she was diagnosed with Kennel cough. We were never notified that she was sick. When I spoke to Sean at Puppy Heaven the same day we took her to the vet, he expressed to me that Puppy Heaven was unaware of Legends illness. Sean did inform me that a different Yorkie Terrier at the shop named Morocco was dealing with a cough. If we were made aware of Legends illness we would have canceled the purchase. Our main concern about housing Legend right now, is that my husband is a stage 4 cancer survivor with one lung, diagnosed with stage 4 COPD. Rudy is immune compromised and the Kennel cough could potentially make him very ill and cause medical debt. Furthermore, we have an 11 year old Maltese who is immune compromised and the virus could potentially end his life and result in more financial medical debt. This situation is causing our household tremendous stress. Because Legend arrived with the virus, and we were never notified about this, we are requesting to return her and get a refund. The store owner Lee informed me that she did not have the authority to offer me a refund and directed me to her support team. I would need to file a claim, then wait 10 days for the support team to process the claim and determine if they will honor a refund. Meanwhile, we have to continue taking care of her, and exposing our household. Puppy Heaven has no regard for our situation. I would never recommend buying an unhealthy dog from this shop.

Had and amazing experience getting a new addition to our family after the sudden loss of our puppy, staff was amazing

**Update.. I added our Zoe’s picture to show you she is thriving at her new home with us, we love her so much in the 2 1/2 weeks we have had her.. I can’t wait for the lifetime of new memories! Thank you again!!
