I had an outstanding experience with Daniel at Verizon
Daniel who helped me get my new phone was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. Daniel took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I got the phone that best fit my needs. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and much easier than I expected. Daniel went above and beyond to help me get the best phone and plan for my needs. I broke my phone and was stressing over getting a new one. Paul helped me and made the transition super smooth and very comfortable with a couple jokes in between. He did all this while attending and greeting other customers. He deserves a raise! Overall a great experience and i have a new phone!

I cannot say enough good things about Taylor at Verizon. After being given the runaround by multiple representatives, being bounced to 1-800 numbers, and spending way more time than I should have trying to get issues with our business account resolved, Taylor absolutely saved the day.

From the moment he stepped in, he treated us like our concerns mattered. He never made me feel like I was a burden or just another number in line. Instead of passing us off to someone else, he took ownership of the situation, worked hard to untangle the mess that had been created, and stayed committed to finding a solution.
