Came in asking a simple troubleshooting question even though I was a cricket customer Luis helped me better than they have so I switched my 5 lines over!

I recently switched from Cricket Wireless to Total Wireless for my whole family, including multiple phones. We even got 2 free tablets, which made the deal even better. The process was smooth and everything transferred over easily. Service has been reliable so far, and pricing is great. Big thank you to Luis for helping me out and making the whole process easy!

Had a great experience at total wireless today with Ramses. Extremely helpful and informative! Better deals and prices than I ever had at cricket. Super excited to try out my tablets and home internet!
