Such a smooth project! I took 4 quotes before landing on Symmetric Electric (Dan). He wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but he was the one that made me 100% confident my house wouldn’t burn down. (Does anything else even matter??) Done by the book, with high attention to detail. He took the time to generate compliant solutions to issues that other electricians wanted me to throw money at. Great communication before, during, and after. He hardwired a Grizzl-E EV charger and I’m extremely happy with the result. Super clean install, there’s ZERO signs of any install aside from the charger itself. Can be hard to find a reputable, reliable electrician, but glad I found Dan.

Based on so many positive reviews, I contacted Dan to install an EV car charger at our home. His great reviews are well deserved! Within an hour of sending him an initial email, he responded. He did extra research on the model of the car I was getting to ensure I bought the right type of charger. We set up an appointment and he arranged the necessary electrical inspection. He is friendly, professional and responsive. Will definitely use him again.

Dan was great! I had a very difficult TV installation that required drilling behind my fireplace to hide wires and several ceiling lights to be installed. Dan is a great guy. He arrived on time and was very neat about his work, which was to install exterior and interior light fixtures and a smoke detector. He used a drop cloth under all the work, and came equipped with all the tools he needed. He even got rid of the old crappy light fixtures that were replaced for me. I was contacted by his company through Home Depot, which I always use for projects because they stand behind their contractors. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience working with Dan. He came in to swap our panel from 100A to a smart 200A panel, hook up the electricity for our heat pump and set up the heater and backyard electricity for a sauna. From first communication, Dan was responsive, helpful, really nice and quick to get information over. When we hit snags along the way, Dan pivoted quickly on plans and found alternative options. I had the Grizzl-E Ultimate 48A charger professionally installed, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and made sure everything was set up safely and cleanly. They walked me through the features and triple-checked the panel connections and their work when bending and cutting the PVC conduit. The installation was neat and solid — no shortcuts taken. Dan put in a new up to code outlet in our bathroom upstairs. It had to be on its own circuit so he has to run the wire from the second floor to the basement. The entire experience was fantastic. He came to check out the project, gave us a quote, and a few days later was able to do the work. He was professional, respectful and clean. Only leaving one hole to patch! Highly recommend using this company if you’re looking for an electrician. Will be using him again for work in the future.
