So impressed with the service and support. I had 2 (out of 60) led pot lights fail within 1 month shy of the 5 year warranty expiring and they replaced them both, free of charge. These guys stand behind their products - something it seems, all too rare these days. That's good enough for me!

i was there for a replacement today and guy name WILLIAM was so rude. he don't even listen to the customer. he was arguing about why i need his signature on my run sheet. He is surely uneducated and was question my education. he has no manners 0% customer service by him. VOTATEC need to put him away from customers. No one wants an rude guy around when they are paying for stuff.

Whenever I deal with a new company, I'm always skeptical of what kind of reliability and customer service I'll have. I installed 12 1'x4' Panel Lights in my garage in the spring of 2020, and 4 years later a couple of them went out. No questions asked, the staff at Votatec replaced the faulty lights and helped me troubleshoot some issues I had with the remote control system. Friendly staff, great customer service, great quality lights. Do not hesitate to deal with them!
