Nadia was an excellent server! She was extremely knowledgeable on the menu and so gracefully recited the specials. This was our second time being taken care of by her, and she’s a large part of the reason we came back. The food was excellent! Definitely recommend the shrimp scampi and lemon basil burrata. 10/10

This was my first time ever here and honestly I'm not that impressed whether they just had new cooks or it was a busy day and they got slightly overwhelmed. I'm not sure but the food wasn't as good as what I would have hoped for. Don't get me wrong. It wasn't bad but for the price and the label I wasn't completely satisfied although they did cook my sirloin perfectly. The waitress was on top of everything and she was very polite and quick with everything.

Everything was wonderful. We celebrated our 35th Wedding anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. The servers brought us a special dessert as a surprise. We will definitely be returning.

A Pleasant Hilltop Italian Escape with Stunning Views
If you’re looking for a romantic night out with breathtaking scenery, Asiago’s Tuscan Italian restaurant perched on a hilltop overlooking the Allegheny Mountains delivers exactly that. The ambience is simply lovely—soft lighting, cozy intimate seating, and an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to linger over a glass of wine as the sun sets or the stars come out.
The views are the real star here: expansive panoramas of the rolling Allegheny Mountains that stretch for miles, especially magical at dusk or after dark when the lights twinkle below. It’s the perfect spot for a special occasion, date night, or just escaping the city bustle
for a peaceful evening.
Unfortunately, the food doesn’t quite match the setting. While the Italian classics (pasta, entrees, and appetizers) are decent and competently prepared, they feel overpriced for the quality. Portions are reasonable, service is attentive, but nothing on the plate truly wows or justifies the higher-end bill. You’re paying more for the experience and the location than for culinary excellence.
Verdict: Great for the views, ambience, and a relaxed night out—worth visiting once for the scenery and cozy vibe. Just temper your expectations on the food and be prepared for the price tag. A solid 7/10 for the overall experience if you go in knowing it’s more about atmosphere than the meal itself. Perfect for celebrating with someone special while soaking in those Allegheny views!

What an amazing view from atop of the mountain!
We had excellent service and the quality of the cousine was outstanding.
If you find yourself visiting Johnstown Pa, this is a must!
By the way, the drive UP to the restaurant is on such an incline and also with hairpin turns. So drive carefully!
