Our drainage was clogged, so we booked an inspection with this plumber expecting a proper diagnosis. The technician came, took a single picture, sent it to his manager, and that was it. He did not inspect the line, did not identify the root cause, and did not explain where, why, or how the clog happened.
Instead, he just told us there were only two options, and clearly mentioned that neither option was a 100% solution. No effort to actually troubleshoot or provide a reliable fix.
For doing almost nothing other than taking a picture, they charged us $100. This felt completely unjustified and unprofessional.
Very disappointing experience. No proper inspection, no clear answers, and a charge for no real service. I would not recommend this company to anyone dealing with drainage issues.

Delta Plumbing Hamilton is not a company with great plumbing skills. The technician (Brad) was in fact always professional but as mentioned low/no skills with respect to repairing “tankless” water heaters. Called in another plumber who had the parts the next morning and fixed that very morning. All for less than $250. I compare this with Delta’s offer to replace the unit for over $3,800. The Delta business plan for “servicing” home plumbing is down right criminal.

Total scam business. I had someone come out to check out my toilet. They told me I needed a new one and then quoted $1000! What?! I asked what if I supply my own. $500! How bad are these plumbers that it's taking them $500 worth of labor to install this toilet? And what kind of gold plated toilet are they putting in my house that's worth $500 in parts? I just bought a toilet for $150 at Home Depot and had a more reasonable plumber install it for $125+tax, ie 1 hour of labor. I'll eat the $100 they charged to come look at my toilet. Avoid this place at all costs!

Scam alert! Got quoted $1,100 for a simple job that would take 15-20 mins to complete. Other plumbers quoted me $200-300..

On top of that, I was charged $100 just for the plumber to show up and hand me the quote.

Prices are beyond unreasonable. Stay away—there are much better options in the area.

If I could give no stars I would. The company is eager to send someone to quote you and charge you $100 fee to just look and try and over charge you for replacing parts which we were told $700 or to replace the whole toilet for $1000? Wow it sounded too expensive so we we decided not to proceed, but to get another quote. We paid under $300 for the part replacement and now our toilet is working again like new. I called to let them know and I was told sorry we charged you as per company policy and have a nice day basically. Anyway I didn’t expect much.

I called this morning and have someone out and unplugged my sink. Yes, I tried several methods on my own and was unsuccessful. A plumber was able to come out and fix it right away. It was fast, knowledgeable, and efficient took the snake and cleared out everything. I am very happy with the service.

Chris visited our office to change a water filter, then discovered that the filter was fine but the tank was broken. He came back the same day with the parts we needed. He also demonstrated how the water purity testing works and was enthusiastic and clear through the whole process 🙌🏼
