Having known Eddie for the past 25 years, first serving as law enforcement officers together, to helping him move for law school, he has always been there for all of my law needs. He helped us secure property that had already been purchased by another entity as to prevent a development from occurring that we did not desire. He is very knowledgeable in the law and a great connection for the community.

I have an attorney for life now. Backstory: I brought my car into a Toyota dealership in West Ashley for an alignment, 72 days later I got my car back. The service managers tried to tell me I needed a new transmission, then changed their story once I got Mr. Phipps involved. They then threatened to hold my car hostage until I paid thousands of dollars for the "courtesy " vehicle they loaned me. Mr. Phipps personally showed up at the dealership when I called him. He saved the day and I finally have my car back.

This was my first time ever having to contact a lawyer and they have done a wonderful job explaining everything to me. From the first phone call to months following, I was updated about everything going on. If my lawyer couldn't immediately respond, the staff could answer and handle all of my questions/needs. Hopefully I'll never be in a situation where I need a lawyer again but if so no doubt I'll be using them. I would recommend firm to anyone.

I thought there was no way I'd have another chance when I received my DUI 2ND, then I was introduced to Mr. Phipps. He is excellent, confident and gets things done they way they should be! My work life wasn't interupted, I received a temporary license in less than a week and they handled everything for me. I wasn't charged with anything and even won the administrative case for my license. This firm is great and gets you the results you deserve.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
