DO NOT work with this attorney, they WILL drop your case without communication, claim unlisted charge, delay your case, you will end up nothing recovered after years of waiting! They are very good at hanging up calls even to client, if you want to waste your time and money, go for them! They are very persistent like email you about repeated charges before doing anything, after collecting all the money, they WILL dismiss your case without any notification, they claim they called me but they never did, also NO email when they want to dismiss your case!

If you are looking for not only attorneys that treat you like family but an entire staff, I highly suggest you reach out if you have any housing issues at all. Corey was who helped me throughout the entire process and I have never felt such at ease as I did with her guiding me every step of the way. She continued to do everything necessary to ensure that my problem was resolved and went above and beyond the entire time. Having such a talented team taking care of the eviction was a huge stress relief. No matter how sidways the tenants may have wanted to get, I knew I'd be OK with Ted Smith Law handling it. Great fiendly office staff too!!

My daughter was living in my home and had not spoken to me in almost 4 years. She paid no rent and refused to integrate as a member of the family. She is delusional and refused to get help. She stayed in her bedroom 99% of the time; preparing food in there and only emerging to use the bathroom or make the occasional excursion for supplies. The stress was literally killing me and eviction was my last resort. Dayle was wonderful. She made it easy and as painless as possible. I highly recommend this firm.
