We had an exceptional experience working with the Sutcliffe Kitchens team. Miranda was incredibly helpful with our cabinetry, countertop, and hardware designs, providing a lot of patience and excellent guidance throughout our decision making process.

When it came to the installation, Kevin, Connor, and Sean were a total dream team. They were knowledgeable, always on time, incredibly clean, and highly efficient. They were very easy to connect with and patient as they helped us navigate a few small issues during the process, always keeping a positive attitude.

We are very pleased with the final outcome. We highly recommend Sutcliffe Homes and Sutcliffe Kitchens for any future renovation and would be glad to act as a reference for anyone with questions about their workmanship and the quality of their services.

We had an amazing experience working with Miranda on our new kitchen! I showed her a few of my inspiration pictures and she completely understood my vision, translating it into stunning renderings. She helped us achieve the perfect dual-tone layout with a clean modern farmhouse vibe, making our beautiful island the true centerpiece of the room. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and Miranda was fantastic at helping us pick out those final finishing touches. Most importantly, the new layout functions flawlessly for our big family. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend this design studio!

Sucliffe Kitchens was such a great company to work with. They were professional, talented, and clearly put a lot of care into every phase of the project.

I was pretty nervous going into the redesign of our dated 1980s kitchen, especially when it came to making all the big decisions. Kim Larion-Little was fantastic—she walked us through everything and made sure we were thinking about the important details like workflow, plumbing, appliance and electrical placement, aisle space, and more. She really listened to what we wanted and brought forward options that fit our style, while also showing alternatives that were more or less modern, or more or less expensive. It helped us feel confident that we were making the right choices. She struck a great balance between giving us enough options without making it overwhelming.

The installation team was just as impressive. They were meticulous, treated the project as if it was their own home and genuinely nice to have around. They were always happy to pause, show us progress, and answer any questions along the way.

The office team also deserves a mention—they were friendly, patient, and kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Overall, it was a really positive experience from start to finish, and we now have a beautiful kitchen to enjoy.

Many thanks
Joanne and Bob

My wife and I decided to build a custom home in Southampton and our builder suggested we meet with Sutcliffe Kitchens for our cabinetry and counter tops. This was a fantastic experience right from the first meeting with Miranda at Sutcliffe. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and very in tune with the look that my wife and I were trying to achieve. Miranda exceeded our expectations with all of her suggestions and advice as well as keeping the project on or below our budget. We were worried a bit at first because we had decided to downsize with this new build and we weren't sure if we would have enough storage but Miranda offered amazing options and everything turned out perfect for us.
The Sutcliffe installation staff did an amazing job at the house, very clean and professional...a huge shout out to them also!
The entire process was actually enjoyable, not stressful as you might think and the Sutcliffe staff helped make this a pleasant experience. If we ever had to build another house, Sutcliffe Kitchens would definitely be our choice!

We recently worked with Sutcliffe Kitchens for a major kitchen renovation that started with a complete gut of our kitchen and powder room and finished with beautiful, reconfigured spaces. We worked with Lisa, who provided expert advice on layout and design from start to end of our project. We were most impressed with the ability to go to Sutcliffe Kitchen's showroom to make most of our design decisions in one stop. When we needed to go directly to suppliers to make decisions, Lisa accompanied us and again provided excellent advice and support. While there were a few bumps along the process (as will happen with any major renovation), Lisa and Sutcliffe Kitchens were very quick to resolve issues. Sutcliffe Kitchens is clearly focussed on customer service and customer satisfaction. Cabinet installation was excellent, including after-project service. Sutcliffe staff, including the on-site installers and project supervisor were very respectful of our time and our space and our project was completed in the timelines set out in our contract. We made a few changes and additions to our project after our initial contract was signed, and Sutcliffe were able to pivot easily and gracefully to accommodate our requests.
