Fantastic experience! Our water heater was leaking and they replaced it the same day. So relieved to have it handled quickly.

Delta Plumbers of St. Thomas was called to inspect a plugged sanitary line. Instead of troubleshooting, the technician immediately recommended hydro jetting at a cost of $1,800, without first attempting to snake or camera the line. When I declined, they tried to negotiate the price down. I paid the service fee and chose not to proceed. This company seems to operate on a sales-first approach rather than genuine problem-solving.

happy to report everything went well Peter replaced my water lines and repaired a junction in the laundry room. He was very helpful and polite and went quickly but not rush. No problems at all will use again in the near future.
