Delta Plumbers of St. Thomas was called to inspect a plugged sanitary line. Instead of troubleshooting, the technician immediately recommended hydro jetting at a cost of $1,800, without first attempting to snake or camera the line. When I declined, they tried to negotiate the price down. I paid the service fee and chose not to proceed. This company seems to operate on a sales-first approach rather than genuine problem-solving.
