Greg was awesome. Very friendly knowledgeable and was a clear communicator. I knew exactly what services were going to be performed upfront and he clearly laid out options and explained pros and cons between them without overselling. He was good at answering any questions and clearly knew his craft. The company itself was also great. I called them at 10am and before 11am Greg was already over to diagnose and repair. He also identified one of my brackets having shot bearings and recommended and fixed that as well. Excellent service over all.

On a rainy afternoon of a long weekend a spring on our garage door suddenly snapped with a huge bang. Within 30 minutes, Greg was on site evaluating the damage. He provided a detailed, thorough analysis and presented us with several options for a fix. During the work, he showed us several points of failure and explained how he was going to fix it and the costs of each option. The professionalism and transparency were so refreshing! No surprises and just phenomenal, outstanding prompt customer service. He saved our holiday weekend. We highly recommend Greg and Value Garage Door Service! He was just the best and a credit to the company that employs him! They are on the top of our list for repairs and maintenance!!!

Jeff and his team were amazing. I usually don't do reviews, but they got me in hours after contacting them. Fixed the problem on the spot. Pricing was much cheaper than expected. Communication with Jen was fast and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I'll be using them for all my garage door needs in the future. Highly recommend.

Our technician was outstanding, and his knowledge in his profession was way above other technicians we have hired in the past. All issues we had with our garage door were completed on the first visit with absolutely no concerns. We will definitely be using their business for future issues and I HIGHLY recommend Value Garage Door Service.
