Garage Harmony was great when I needed an inspection of my aged garage door. Kyler came in and gave a thorough look over, changed the chain and added a keypad. He was quite nice and honest. He could have made a dozen recommendations since the door is close to 25 years old and never looked at. He made the simplest fix and it makes all the difference! One other thing: they really came through for us in a pinch. We have odd hours of availability and Tara was kind enough to help by scheduling around our timescale. I would recommend Garage Harmony for any garage needs you have.

I have worked with a lot of service personnel in my home over the years. I can say that working with this company and Nathan, their tech who came to the house and installed a new garage door opener, was one of the best ever. Nathan was knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help with a couple of things I could not do because of my medical condition. He was patient and made sure that I was informed and the job he did was 100% satisfactory. Nathan was a professional in every sense of the term. He represented his company well. In addition to my pleasant experience with Nathan, I was impressed with the individual I spoke with by phone a few times while setting up the job. I’m sorry I cannot remember her name but she was also quite informative, professional, and very friendly.

Nathan went beyond the call of duty. Really weird bug in my Craftmaster garage door opener. Turns out two weird bugs that Nathan figured out how to fix. This is true customer service like customer service used to be. Family is very happy and dog is even happier since he does not get alarmed by clank of garage door opener. Many Mahaolos

Garage Harmony had a very quick response to get an estimate and very easy to understand options. They installed a new door and opener within 4 days of the estimate. The installation and quality of the products was excellent. Highly recommend Garage Harmony.

What a great experiencing it was working with Garage Harmony! *This* is why we should be working with small & local companies just like this. I felt a genuine care from the whole team, beginning to end. At the time of reporting our garage door being stuck in our commercial space, Tara was so great to work with. The tech (Mason) showed up within an hour (so quick!) and was super kind, explained the whole repair us -- what a great communicator he was! We couldn't have had a better experience. I highly, highly recommend this outfit.
