I visited today at around 10:55 AM, and I had a wonderful experience.

The location was very clean and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My bowl was generously filled, and when I politely asked for a little extra, they happily added more without any hesitation.

I also wanted to try the cilantro-lime sauce for the first time. I asked one of the team members if I could have a small taste, and they kindly told me there would be no charge. I was genuinely surprised and really appreciated that thoughtful gesture.

What stood out the most was how he communicated with me while preparing my bowl, making sure everything was just the way I wanted it. That level of customer service made me feel valued and truly made my day.

Thank you to the team for such a great experience. I will definitely be visiting again. Wishing you all the very best, and thanks again for making my day!

EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW*
*Changed my review from 2 stars to 5 stars because the food still tastes good and when going back to the restaurant the manager (couldn’t catch his name) came over and spoke to me directly about my missing toppings. He was very kind and genuinely seemed sorry that it had happened. I still like chipotle and will still come back to this location.

2 stars for food because chipotle is good but chipotle is only good when I get what I ordered. I ordered a bowl for pickup and when I arrived (pickup time 9:40 but I got there at 9:50) my order wasn’t on the pickup shelf but instead was on a trolley beside the cash register and on the pickup shelf was trays of tortilla chips. After a few mins a staff member pointed out my bag and I was able to get my food. Attached is a photo of what I ordered and what I got. I went through the apps support and received a free drink for compensation, funny enough I didn’t order a drink tonight…

Tried this new location. Service is fast and as usual Chipotle food is good. Staff served decent quantity without needing ask more.
Cleanliness of tables could have been little better.
Restrooms are clean. Overall decent location.
