The first time, about six months ago, I went to this store, AJ helped me. They were fabulous! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very personable and friendly! Today, I went to get another tablet for my business. Jared was so helpful and he got right to business and made sure everything was done perfectly! He was great to work with and friendly. I have now made this my go to store for all my business tech!!! Thank you for making my task so much easier!!!!

This store has gotten a bad rep and rightfully so due to past experiences HOWEVER, the old staff was released and a complete 360 has taken place. Devon provided stellar service. She was kind, friendly and VERY helpful. After visiting multiple Louisville Verizon locations, I went out on a whim to visit this store and I am so glad I did. My concerns were addressed immediately without being made to feel like I can’t be helped unless I’m buying something. She was honest and amazing!!

Love this NEW Verizon Wireless Store in J-Town!! Very helpful staff that went above and beyond to help me as I am a New customer with Verizon ( I just transferred from T-Mobile ). Andie was Exceptionally helpful, kind, and Not pushy at all while still showing me offers and discounts on my new account I may of missed when I initiated my switch online. Thank You Andie and thank You Chris ( District Manager) , I’ll definitely recommend this Verizon Store!!! Highly Recommend!
