I came here after watching a TikTok about custom jewelry and their craftsmanship. Run if you are planning to believe it like I did, I wanted a custom emerald stone ring with emerald cut.I talked to the employee at the time showed him the pic of the ring, explained to him that it would be for regular wear and I needed the stone to be protected from damage and secured. He nodded to everything, and quoted me for a 3gram gold ring & promised 3 days to complete. I paid the deposit on Feb 14th. I don’t live near I called on the 3rd day (Feb 17th) ring was not ready, they said they will call me. No call back I waited until Friday to call for an update. They told me the ring was ready. I was so excited at this point to get my ring and I rushed to the store to find it’s not what I asked for. They put an oval emerald facing east/west direction. I felt my time was wasted, I could not have been more clear as I also sent a picture of my design. The owner stepped in and said they will make it like the picture and to give them time. I got the ring on the 24th, even though it wasn’t exactly like the image I provided with the gold casing around the emerald, I was just done with all this miscommunication and back and forth. They guaranteed that the emerald was secure and exactly what I wanted like the stone being emerald cut. On April 7th the morning I woke up to seeing the Emerald had fallen out. This was so heartbreaking for me as I didn’t even have the ring for 2 months and I paid close to $1000. I went into the store, I spoke to the owner, told him that there’s glue used and it wasn’t secure as it fell out. He said that the stone is so powerful it absorbed all the evil around me and that’s why it fell out. I asked him for a resolution, he said that when he gets a shipment of emeralds by end of May, we can see if one fits my current ring.He told me to come back in June. I’m still waiting. This service is very disappointing. I asked to weigh the gold and it was 2.65grams, not 3 grams that was charged. My family is disappointed with this situation as they have gone to this store in the past and purchased from him.
