I went not expecting to purchase a car. Pedro was very easy to talk and work with. He helped me pick the right vehicle and didn’t push or try to convince me to buy something I didn’t want or need like other dealerships. He understood where I was at. He and Nick worked hard to get me the deal where I would be comfortable. Leo was also great explaining and answering my questions also. Overall very happy with the service and most importantly with my new car. I would highly recommend working with Pedro, Nick and Leo.

Today I visited the service department for my Chevy Silverado that has a lot of miles on it for a transmission issue. I’ve been here several times over the past several years and had the privilege working with the most honest service advisors: Scott and Michael. The men are very knowledgeable. Great experience. Justin is the one that took care of what my car needs. Very knowledgeable on what he does. Wait time was pretty fast. They have comfortable waiting area and coffee. Will definitely make it my go to Cadillac place.

Excellent service. Very timely. Even took care of warranty work just days before it was due to expire. Even washed it!
Update: 2nd experience with the service dept. Nothing but praise for Justin and Lorena and the entire service group there. I had to replace a couple of body parts through cadillac.com. they completed the installation in an hour and had the car back to me promptly. And at a reasonable cost.

I recently brought my Chevy Silverado in for routine maintenance at La Quinta Chevrolet, and I was absolutely blown away by the service and professionalism of the entire team. This was, without a doubt, one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had.

The level of care began with Kit in scheduling, who was helpful and efficient in getting my truck booked. However, the true standout performance came from my Service Advisor, Henry. Not only did Henry ensure that all of my routine maintenance was completed flawlessly, but he also managed to expertly troubleshoot and repair an emergency issue that came up while I was traveling. To have such a critical, unplanned repair handled swiftly and competently, particularly while I was on the road and away from home, was remarkable and prevented a serious travel disruption. This was a real blessing.

The great customer service continued right through the pick-up process. Scott handled the final paperwork and warranty information quickly and efficiently, making the payment and exit seamless and fast. With such great work and a quick turnaround I was traveling and back on the road without delay.

The combination of world-class mechanical work and truly outstanding customer service from Kit, Henry, and Scott makes La Quinta Chevrolet my new go-to Chevy Dealer. I will definitely be bringing my truck back here for all future maintenance. Thanks Guys!
