I chose Tustin Hyundai based on Costco auto pricing referral and online shopping for best price, then Scott worked the details and got the Palisade SEL trim my wife wanted, all before I visited the dealership. Today we went in, signed Scott”s paperwork for the agreed lease terms in less than 20 minutes, then signed final paperwork with Michael the manager in less than 30. Our old, leased Palisade was returned hassle-free at the same time, so we happily drove home in our brand new silver Palisade! Scott made the whole process quick and easy just like he promised! I highly recommend Scott and Tustin Hyundai for clear pricing with no surprise markups — what a great experience! (Believe me, because I paid through the nose on my last lease with “the dealer who shall not be named”!)

Great customer service from all the staff! Brought my car for regular maintenance and couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend Tustin Acura!

I bought a used car and a lot of the trimming came loose. They refused to fix it because they didn’t make any ”promises”. Even though we got the full warranty. We had a lot of trouble reaching them for basic information about the car. If you do buy a car from here Make sure you get it on paper that if anything is wrong with the car you can bring it back and they will fix it.

Terrible experience at this dealership. I visited to purchase a car for my daughter and explicitly requested quotes for both financing and leasing. I was told to wait a moment, but the wait extended over 50 minutes.
When they finally returned, they only provided a quote for a purchase, completely neglecting my request for a lease quote. There was not even an apology for the significant loss of my time; they simply told me to wait again. Furthermore, instead of providing transparent information, they asked me how much I wanted to pay per month for a lease. This was unprofessional and dismissive.
I will never return to this dealership, and I will certainly not purchase a Nissan vehicle. The staff here showed no genuine interest in assisting a customer and engaged in deceptive practices. It felt as though they had absolutely no intention of selling cars at all.

Adam was the most helpful salesperson I’ve worked with and made the car buying experience actually painless. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and much sooner than originally anticipated. If you’re looking for a new car, I highly recommend asking for Adam.
