We went in to look and consider. We met our salesman outside as he was doing another task. He stopped and invited us into the sales room. We looked through several options, and quickly found what we were looking for - actually much more. He brought the car out and we went for a ride. The Santa Fe Hybrid is a totally awesome car. Hyundai has some really good options and our salesman patiently went through them. Autonation was very easy to work with, and we were able to drive the car home the same day.

**Very difficult to work with and constant car problems** I purchased my brand new Hyundai Palisade when the dealer was owned by another name. They were bought out by AutoNation and the service was going downhill, so I switched to getting service in Palmdale. I recently requested my service records and was put on hold for over 20 min, had to hang up and call back again. When I finally spoke to William the service manager, I was told I had to come down in person, an hour away with my drivers license to get them. I offered to email my drivers license, FaceTime or zoom with them and provide the VIN, number phone, address and plate numbers, etc to verify identity… I was denied. I was told there was sensitive information that shouldn’t be released. I told them I can provide them with the sensitive information they’re guarding, so what was there to hide? I was told IT HAS TO BE IN PERSON. So not only do we have a recall on our entire back row that hasn’t been resolved for months, with an ejection risk for passengers if they sit there, right after seatbelt recalls, but we can’t obtain service records easily for the history of things done on the car.
** Warning, if you’re moving out of state, you will not be able to obtain service records without coming in person or without going through legal, according to the service manager. It’s easier to obtain medical records than your service records.

I had an outstanding experience at Autonation Hyundai Valencia. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership and to say the least going into it was rather daunting. We were greeted by the salesperson Eli, and what was different from the other dealership I have previously visited, was that I wasn’t feeling pressured to buy. Eli was patient with us, letting us test drive multiple vehicles and always had an answer to our questions. A big thing too was that he was respectful to my parents who joined us on the test drives and throughout this whole process. When I walked into the dealership I wasn’t expecting to walk out with anything however I fell in love with the 2025 Hyundai Elantra. The pricing was great for a 2025 model and even after we compared it to the pricing of other vehicles I was looking at, I was convinced I made the right choice. Big thank you again to Eli for helping me and my family out. I wouldn’t be surprised that the next car my family gets will be a Hyundai.

We had an excellent experience buying our Hyundai Ionic 9 car being a first electric vehicle we have owned we wanted to make sure we bought the right car for our family! We also bought a used jeep renegade just to use around town to have a 2nd car. Hector was awesome didn't make us feel rushed yet answered all our questions then Nick processed our paperwork with the banks! I'd recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a great car and excellent customer service!

Our experience at AutoNation Hyundai was a very pleasant one. Eli was our salesman. He was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and the details of new features in the cars. He wasn't pushy and he's great with numbers. I was very impressed. I would definitely buy my cars there in the future. In 3 hours we were out the door with our beautiful new Hyundai Tucson Limited, hybrid such a beautiful car and they even put a bow on it for us when we were done with the sale seemed like everybody there was having a great day other employees were very friendly and cordial, and an absolutely beautiful business building.
