I was tired of paying so much and feeling like I was stuck with Verizon because it's the only cell coverage that works but I'm so glad total wireless opened up because it's the exact same service at the fraction of the cost. I went from paying over $200 to now $60 AFTER TAX I'm so happy thank you!

So I bought one of their phones. The phone itself works great however I've spent the past 2 almost three weeks trying to activate and get a number for the phone. Each time I do I get hung up on and the website keeps telling me to call and when I do I get hung up on again. I will be looking for a new service provider.

I was hesitant about this total wireless but the sales representative really went into depth of every question we had. It’s been about 1 week of switching over and taking advantage of their free Samsung phones. I’m am so happy with the service and the staff. Thank you so much 5 stars is an understatement I give 10/10!
