Capital One Café has a special place in my heart. If you have a Capital One or Discover card, the 50% off drinks makes it worth it by itself. My typical order is an iced matcha latte with vanilla syrup, coming out to around $4, which is an exceptional price in today's market. It's consistently good and usually comes out quick. The café itself is a very nice place to work or lounge about. There are many seating options with outlets, the staff are very friendly, and it's typically quiet. The all day favorites are not 50% off, including the strawberry-mango smoothie, so be careful when you look at that part of the menu. Overall, great place!

Live around the corner from here. I appreciate the 50% off drinks for capital one and discover card holders. Drinks get the job done. Service is always good. Kind of a rowdy place to work/study. Also has a very corporate feel to it (obviously) which I’m not the biggest fan of. Their lavender honey latte is my favorite! Usually lines aren’t long and wait isn’t too bad. The photo of the line was from one of their free coffee Monday days.

I came here and got a solid matcha latte. I was surprised to see how crowded it was in the middle of the day with plenty of peopling working from the space. As expected, I did get approached about capital one products while here but the staff were overall friendly. I came in with low expectations for this place given its corporate ties but thought it was decent. If you are in the capital one ecosystem, this is likely a great place for you to come to get your coffee/matcha.

We went in to activate my teens checking account zelle service. The atmosphere was super relaxing. The coffee very tasty. The Danishes warm and soft. The representative were super nice. The 2 lady's that helped me were very nice and tried there hardest to come up with an answer to my question. While we didn't get our problem solved. The level of attention and kindness made up for it. We will return for as she said she would get us an answer for next time we go in. Super clean and friendly staff. Fun for my gilrs as well. Highly recommend it. Family friendly.

I've been a big fan of Capital One Café since discovering it a few months ago. It's my go-to coffee shop for having some caffeine and getting work done. The coffee is tasty and I get it half off with my Discover credit card so it tastes that much better haha. The interior is bright and spacious with huge windows looking out on the West Village, which nice when looking for a distraction from work! The staff are always super cool and helpful. All but one table has a power outlet for my laptop and there's usually a spot for me to sit (if theres not, one usually opens up quick).
