This is my favorite pet hotel of all time. My digs are comfy and clean, and there's always plenty of good food and conversation. Sometimes those squawkers give me a break and dont wake me up too early. That owner guy is cool too. My owner feels guilty about leaving me but I'm glad to have a sta -cation away from her now and then. I give this place 5 squawks 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅

The guy who owns the shop? Is very friendly, and the more you inquire about the birds? The more info he has to offer. Birds are very very messy in this place is kept up to snuff in good shape!! With very large cages for the birds too exercise their little wings... He also boards birds in this location, so not every bird there is for sale.... regardless of what the other reviews have said, I believe that this man has a successful business because he runs it correctly and in a professional manner to appease everybody! He also usually has babies for sale if some breed or other usually good to call ahead of time!! to find out which kind of birds are for sale at that time. You will not find another Bird store like this one!

Visited to possibly get a bird but the guy seems to be not bothered and didn’t care about the birds & doesn’t even know the prices and just give you price ranges so it’s kind if weird. Not accomodating at all & the place was kinda messy. Some of the birds are really beautiful though. Wish they are taken care of very well.

.I’ve been coming to Birds Plus for years. I bought my Amazon here in 2017, and I still return regularly for her wing and beak trims. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about birds and consistently offers the best prices in town compared to other bird stores. Whether you’re looking to buy a bird or board one, I highly recommend Birds Plus.

Went in to look for a cage and the place was filthy. Every cage in there hadn’t been cleaned in weeks and had bird crap build up and dust and dander every where. I feel so sorry for the birds in there. Food dishes were dirty as was water and owner was not friendly at all. That place should be shut down. Door was wide open with birds loose close by that could have flown out into the street. Not a safe set up and no work done with baby birds to help train them for purchase. Guy could not be bothered with customers. He didn’t want to interact at all. I don’t understand how anyone would want to board their bird there because it gets no care and conditions are filthy.

I got my cockatiel, Peeps, from here! I love her beyond words.

The owner is so sweet and his care about birds is evident. He has a huge selection of toys and food. I couldn’t recommend Birds Plus more- Thank you for giving me my Peeps. ❤️

I am an unrepentant bird person, and I have been in serious need of finding another addition or two in my life. This visit was a scouting mission for my special friend, who said that she isn't ready for another 2 weeks. I sent her pictures and price ... and there were quite a few baby cocktails to choose from. The one white bird on my finger was friendly and alert ... but it was posed. The little one didn't know how to get up on a finger by itself! It was very friendly! One of the babues in the other cage decided to ask me to feed it ... naking that telltale sound, with corresponding head jerking. Sadly, I had to leave it to be soon fed by the owner, and I'll return in a couple of weeks to be able to get one or more.

The person behind the counter was very personable and helpful. He also made my Opals first nail trim experience great, quick and easy. As well as giving me advice with aftercare which I had no idea because I'm a first time bird owner.
