Project Manager: Benjamin
Project: "Cool" Roof Installation

I worked with Benjamin to complete a roof installation. He was thorough and placed a lot of care into inspecting my roof and attic space for possible unseen interior roof damage. Other contractors had not gone onto the roof.

He was very informative, educated me on my current roof, and explained the costing estimate and installation process.

Once I signed the service agreement, he kept me informed, from the permit pulling process through project completion. I knew what was happening each step of the process, and my roof was completed quicker than I imagined.

The service was great, and it's the reason I am discussing other projects with Benjamin at EA Builders.

Incredible job! We had an awful 1990s bathroom that was dark and horrible. Eric and his team had an amazing bid, and created this incredible bathroom. Their bid was competitive and they did an incredible job. Fast, efficient and excellent craftsmanship. Angela his wife did an amazing job pulling a design together and our bathroom went from “ Urgh” to “ Wow” in 4 weeks. Eric and his team are honest, punctual, easy to work with and the work quality was superb. Big shout out to Hector who did an amazing job on the tile work!

Eric and his team did an amazing job transforming a dated bathroom into a modern masterpiece. Eric is a great communicator and everything went as planned. His contracting team was very respectful and did a great job keeping things neat and tidy. I will definitely use EA Homebuilders for future projects.

Eric and his team essentially gave us the ability to more fully enjoy our house by giving us more outdoor and indoor living space without actually building an addition. We had a covered outdoor area that was basically a home for flies. He transformed it into a gorgeous playroom for our kids. You cannot tell from the inside that this room used to be an outdoor space, and you cannot tell from the outside that this room isn’t a seamless part of the house’s original floorplan. We also had an overgrown patch of dirt around the back that no one was using. He transformed it into an outdoor sitting space, perfect for gatherings, and built a gorgeous patio cover that holds our kids’ swing—a non-negotiable! Oh, and he did such a great job with these things we hired him midway through to upgrade our heating to a state of the art HVAC system.
Throughout the whole construction process, Eric and his crew were friendly, full of good humor, and transparent. If things were delayed due to materials being delayed, he was honest and upfront with us and made up the time wherever he could. His crew kept things neat and clean, and always respected our space. There were no hidden costs, no changes to the plan without full explanation, and I could always reach Eric if I needed him. Other constructors gave us higher quotes for longer timeframes. I cannot recommend Eric and his crew’s work enough! You should hire him—you won’t regret it.
