Trash company.
Never wore booties to come in house , boots on carpet. Manually turned off heating needed to order a new part, took the cover and the label to part and Nothing else ever happened .
Never came back never ordered part , never did anything about it . Charged for a service call and never followed through.
Use a different company if possible because this one is TRASH!!!!!

Awful company. Can’t even properly diagnose plumbing issues and makes false commitments about the work they say they’ll do. Never use them.

Mark & company are about as good as they come. I've used them three times now both as part of a condo complex and at my own home and their diagnosis, communications and work has been top-notch. This is the kind of contractor you're happy to be able to rely on as you know it's going to be done right.
