I absolutely love the chicken here and the service normally too, but Today we went to eat and ordered our food. It was comfortable when we first ordered and got our chicken and drink. But all of a sudden while enjoying our food it got so cold we were absolutely miserable and freezing. We literally had to finish eating and leave to warm up outside. I was worried about getting a cold because I have a compromised immune system. This should have never happened. I’m very concerned. We didn’t even feel comfortable there.

My first time at Church's Chicken, WOW! The chicken tenders are fantastic, crunchy batter on the outside covering the most tender chicken! The biscuits were soft and warm with a hint of honey. I had the fried Okra, there was enough for three people, so good! We will definitely be back! p.s...thank you to Juana for helping us with the menu items!

I wish I could give 1/2 star! So so so disappointing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Firstly the female cashier is not nice and has an attitude. Secondly this was the second time I had this experience them giving regular chicken instead of spicy. Both times it happened later towards 9ish. First time it happened I did not do anything and gave them grace. This time I called them and the lady argued and said she saw her co-worker give spicy. I told her I can bring my regular chicken now and she said no bring your receipt tom. She was so rude and so much attitude instead of apologizing . I’m never going back to this location ever! I absolutely love their spicy chicken and I only wish customer service was better and welcoming!

Tessa was the drive thru operater that helped me with my order. She was very helpful and kind. I recommend getting the spicy instead of the original. The spicy has more flavor. They're blueberry cheesecake pie is also very good. Also very affordable with their deals going on now. Definitely recommend!

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. Food is satisfying. The staff were very kind and the service was quite fast. The inside is very clean too. You can't go wrong with their honey biscuits or smash potatoes. The prices are reasonable to what one is getting. Love it!
