We had some plumbing issues recently and immediately called Team Enoch after unsuccessfully being able to clear a clog. They sent out Derek, who was so knowledgeable and friendly. Derek was able to get the clog cleared quickly and even spent time explaining to us what he found that could have been causing the clog. We requested he come back to install our faucet and he was able to get the new faucet installed quickly. It looks great and is working great. Derek is definitely an asset to Tean Enoch and in the future if we have any plumbing issues, we will be requesting him personally! Thank you Derek!!

Best HVAC crew I’ve worked with. Jose and Robert were very friendly, very knowledgeable and most importantly very professional. They showed up when they were supposed to and completed the job within the window promised. They did a great job with the aesthetic outside making sure it was level and didn’t look out of place.

The company sent a pre install checklist which helped me prepare the inside and outside for them which was great. Hard to find a good company just googling but I definitely made the right choice going with Team Enoch.

Also and very important to some folks - they were very open to giving me quotes for less expensive repairs or systems. They didn’t price gouge or pressure me to spend more than needed to get my system running properly.

And after swapping stories with friends and family, my unit was around 1500-2000 cheaper than all of my friends and family which is outstanding given the quality of hardware and work they provided.

Thank you all at team Enoch for the hard work and help getting me back in the AC before the Texas heat hit!

Team Enoch has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Avoid them at all costs.

I hired them to install an HVAC system and they broke the condensation drainage pipe. Water leaked from my attic and into my walls for a week before I noticed the signs of damage.

Despite Team Enoch acknowledging responsibility, they refuse to finish repairs. A third party answering service takes all their calls, so it's easy for them to ignore you, unless you're giving them money. I can't tell you how many times I've been told that i would have my call returned by management only to be ignored. One of the people I talked to flat out said "I work for a third party answering service, I don't have access to any of your information." How can you provide adequate customer service if you can't access your customers' information?

Look at the pictures, do you want this to happen to your house?

I had a very blessed experience. The name of the company caught my attention. Enoch is a unique name and I knew that Enoch is biblical. He was the father of Methuselah and lived 365 years. Anyway felt y'all were honest, straight forward, dependable, with an outstanding reputation. Your prices were unbelievable and your service was outstanding. Robert and Andrew were top shelf technicians. They did clean work, efficient, polite, friendly and professional. Thank you kindly!
