fidel was very helpful. i lost my phone and had a trip in a few days and he helped find a a way to get me a phone the same day and upgraded plus an apple watch . he is very knowledgeable about verizon and all of their deals . all the staff is kind of, willing to help , actually cares and wanting to fix your problem ! love this store ! my go to store whenever i need anything .

I went into this Verizon store simply to add a line for my daughter… and left with so much more (both figuratively and literally — ha!). I was incredibly fortunate to work with Mo, who took the time to walk me through the most cost-effective options for both me and my family and explain the various plans, potential promotions, and cost breakdown in a way that actually made sense.

After 21+ years as a Verizon customer, Mo is hands-down the most competent, personable representative I’ve ever worked with — honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere.

Patient, thorough, calm, knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely easy to talk to, he made what could’ve been a stressful process feel almost enjoyable.

As long as Mo is at Verizon, he’ll be my go-to person for all things Verizon.

I came into the store to get my data transfer from my old phone to my new phone. And Fadal and Ali was a big spported. Even Suzanna was a help as well. Great store and they have good customer service as well and they were very friendly as well and good place to come and handled ur business with ur phone to. I will be coming to this store for now on because I felt good coming in and they greeted me as soon as I step into the store. I truly appreciate them and there assistance with my phone.

Walked into the Verizon store to upgrade my phone and ended up getting a really good deal. Fadal helped me out and made the whole process super easy, he transferred everything over quickly and made sure I was all set before leaving. He was really helpful and had a great attitude the whole time. Definitely recommend asking for Fadal if you stop by.
