Ecoline was great in keeping us informed thru out the process, from ordering to delivery. The gentlemen who installed the 6 windows were fantastic, polite, professional and definitely knew their job; work area was kept clean and tidy. Love the new windows, we chose clear panes for back of house.
One thing would be great, though it’s not their mandate, is clean the outside of windows (hand marks), they are 8-10 feet off ground and being seniors don’t have the ability to do it

Ecoline Fredericton has the best team of installers. I have renovated many times and I would highly recommend this team. They were punctual, friendly and respected us and our home. The install took 1.5 days and they worked hard and as quickly as possible. They cleaned each workspace and nothing was left behind. They take pride of their workmanship and it shows.

The process from start to finish was very smooth and customer oriented. The project manager, Alex Bauer, was extremely professional and provided a comprehensive quote. Communication between the time of purchase (March 2026) and installation (August 2026) was clear and consistent. The window installation was quick (around an hour). The window installers were thorough and left the work space cleaner than when they arrived. The window has worked great in the few weeks I’ve had it- keep the heat out and easily opening/closing. I would highly recommend Ecoline for your window installation.

Stan Bauer - Project manager. Really knows the business, very prompt and professional and pleasant! Later they came to make sure all their measurements were correct. Then they came to install. They were quick, professional and everything was spotless when they finished. The windows are of superior quality. I would use this company anytime that I might need windows.

Econoline replaced 4 large windows and a bathroom window in our home and we’re very pleased with our experience and the results!

From beginning to end, everyone who dealt with us was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive in ensuring we understood what we were purchasing and when it would be delivered and installed. Regular communication from the company kept us informed throughout the entire process.

We have to give special mention to Stan, the product representative, who was extremely helpful in our selection of window styles, etc and, as well, commend the two installers who were on time and worked non-stop so the job was completed in one day. They departed taking our old windows, leaving the site clean and, most important, leaving us with a wonderful new unimpeded view of the ocean!

Thanks to all!
