Working with Justin was a great experience from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me find the right house. He was always available to answer questions and never hesitated to arrange any showing I wanted to see. He made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and more manageable. My wife and I took Justin’s good advice to empty the house, have the rooms painted and staging done. Yes it cost a little but the house sold quickly. My family and I met Justin roughly a year ago where he showed us a hobby farm. Justin was very knowledgeable and while we didn’t purchase that home we did contact him a year later. Justin was not currently in the country when we reached out however within a few hours he had made arrangements to get us in to see a property. We kept browsing and when Justin returned he made arrangements to view another property, this ended up being our dream home. Justin payed close attention to all the details. The property was complex but Justin was extremely supportive and found all the information we needed to make an informed decision.
