At the PHL airport A terminal. Asked specifically for hot fresh fries came out ice cold, just like the hamburger..

Looking at all the one star reviews here it looks like nobody cares anyway.

Absolutely wonderful! Service was warm, especially for an airport, and the burger was downright heavenly. The staff was quick, too!

I ate at Smashburger in the F Terminal food court. They were one of the few food places still open. My veggie burger was yummy and the fries had a very good taste too. The food was hot and freshly made. Be patient cause they make it fresh!

This review will speak for itself and the 1 star will make perfect sense.

First off 24.09 for this meal pictured below. The burger was great but that’s about it. The sweet potato fries tastes like they had been sitting on a table for a month. No salt, super cold, super soggy. I paid 5.65 and got trash. A small bottle of water. 5.69. Prices like these shouldn’t be legal.

If you’re in a rush I can’t recommend you come here. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was almost 15 minutes. You would think in that amount of time small things like the fries could’ve been cooked properly. Anyway smash burger lost a customer today. Never again.

Located in food court between terminals B and C in Philly airport. I have eaten at smashburger locations outside of airport and generally think it is pretty good, but this airport location is ok at best. And, I get jacking the prices up as it is in an airport, but they are jacked up too far for what it is especially given that burgers, fries, and drinks all need to be ordered separately. They also have chicken sandwiches and a couple of salads and then also feature tater tots as a side. Standard sodas and milkshakes for drinks. I have found service at this location to be pleasant and they do cook orders fresh so it takes a little time, but they get slow when busy and is not a good choice if in a rush.
