The past two times I’ve been here at 11:10-11:15pm, they were closed. The first time, a guy told me through the speaker and I said “okay, thanks” and simply pulled off. If you’re closed you’re closed. I just thought nothing of it. The second time I went, I sat at the speaker for about 1 minutes and no one said anything. But I saw cars parked. So I pulled around to the window. I saw a girl walking around w a headset on. My thing is, I know you hear the headset beeping. Being closed doesn’t mean ignore. Simply hit the button and say you’re closed. So, a guy came to the window and I asked “hi, are you open?” He said they’re closed. I said ok…is there a reason it says 12am online? He said those were the “summer hours.” That’s absolutely fine! But someone needs to update the hours on google to match their actual closing time. That’s all.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
My friend and I brought our children to this McDonald’s around 8:00 PM specifically so they could eat and play in the indoor PlayPlace. According to the posted hours, the restaurant was open until midnight. When we arrived, however, the entrance to the play area was blocked with a piece of furniture.
I politely asked an employee if the children could use the play area, and she simply told me it was closed. There was absolutely no sign, notice, or explanation anywhere stating that the PlayPlace was closed or that it had different hours.
When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee told me that she was the manager. Unfortunately, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. When I asked why the play area was closed, she could not provide an explanation and instead told me to call the owner.
What shocked me the most was what happened next. I asked what would happen if the children went into the play area since there was no posted notice saying it was closed. The manager told me she would CALL THE POLICE and have us removed from the restaurant.
Threatening to call the police on a mother and children over a simple question about a play area is an unbelievable way to handle a customer-service situation. We were not yelling, threatening anyone, or causing a disturbance. We simply wanted an explanation as to why an advertised amenity was unavailable.
Another family was also there with children who had apparently come to use the PlayPlace, so we were not the only customers affected.
Our children left disappointed, and I left feeling disrespected and humiliated as a customer. The issue is not simply that the PlayPlace was closed — there could have been a perfectly legitimate reason for that. The issue is the complete lack of communication and the way the situation was handled by someone identifying herself as the manager.
I hope the franchise owner or McDonald’s corporate management reviews what happened during the evening shift and addresses the way customers are being treated at this location. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have had at a McDonald’s, and I will think twice before bringing my family back to this location.

This is my “Large French Fry”.
I had to pull off to the side for them.
Then they forgot my ketchup.
So I waited like 10 minutes for a medium fry at best.
The past year this McDonalds has gone into the shitter. This is infuriating!

My daughter and I got together with my aunt, uncle, cousin, and her two kids for an event in North Royalton, and we decided to grab a quick lunch here since the kiddos could play.
My last experiences with McDonald's have been through the drive thru, so going in, seeing the kiosk was new to me upon eating in. We ended up figuring it out, placed our order, got our table tent, and went to the play place so the kids could play until the food came.
Well, we ASSUMED the food would be delivered to the table. I did not know for sure since this kiosk order thing was new to us. Maybe I shouldn't have assumed and asked, however there was nobody at the register (if you can even call it that), so it is what it is looking back on this pleasant experience. Maybe this decision to assume food delivery would make sense for the next encounter with these professional employees.
It took a while for the food to come, which is completely fine, the drive thru was busy. One of us was actually about to go to the front to get clarification on whether or not it would be delivered to the table. As we were going to walk up there, two workers came with our food to the play area, where the table tent was clearly displayed.
Not a word was spoken, cool, doesn't matter since it's just a quick hand off, we just want to get the ravenous toddlers fed. However, what stood out to me the most was the lovely young woman with a pony tail, hoop earrings, and a pink star sticker on her chin. She aggressively slammed down my aunt's bottle of water in front of her, and stormed away. Extremely off-putting and weird.
Again, we're with 3 kids. My cousin's son ended up knocking his chicken nuggets on the ground. Kids don't stop moving. It was an accident. Obviously she's not going to feed her kids nuggets that fell on the floor. My uncle went to see if they'd replace the nuggets - they made him pay. Again, whatever, it's a business, I get it, but come on. You made him pay? How much do these nuggets really cost you as a business?
I wouldn't even be posting this review is this was the worst thing that happened.
As the kiddos were eating and playing, the lovely, gum smacking young lady with the pony tail, hoop earrings, and pink star sticker on her chin proceeded to "clean," and I'm going to use the term "clean" loosely. She did a single wipe of most of the tables, smacked her gum, moved a broom around, and angrily took trash out. Honestly it was kind of funny that she was so mad. Not sure what happened to ruin her day, but I sincerely hope she is in a better mood living her life outside of McDonald's.
I would have ignored ALL OF THIS until my cousin pointed out that the milk MY DAUGHTER and her kids had already FINISHED DRINKING was expired. Sure, it expired yesterday, May 29, but this is a restaurant. They should not be serving anything that's expired.
What else is expired?
Once we were done with our delightful food and the kids were done playing, my daughter needed to use the restroom before we got in the car. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No words needed. Just look at the photos.
My aunt and I decided to bring the expired milk to the staff's attention, and after standing there for what seemed like 5 minutes because the lovely young woman with the pony tail, hoop earrings, and pink star sticker on her chin was actually taking a lovely older gentleman's order, so she clearly was busy, we decided to be more assertive and speak louder to get the attention of the kitchen staff in the back. They couldn't have looked more bothered to talk to us. I explained the situation with the expired milk, and that they should probably check the rest of the milk that they're giving out to children, and all the woman said was "OK" and walked away.
I doubt there was a manager there because when we asked for one, nobody came out, so we left.

Consistently delicious every single time, and I’m talking each and every item that I order is always excellent! I ordered through an app, and my large delivery was packaged with such care and perfectly organized in a neat and logical way; each bag had its own designation ensuring all contents arrived in optimal condition—Everything looked straight out of a McDonald’s commercial and tasted phenomenal! Not to mention, they allow you to modify your choices, AND THEY FOLLOW YOUR MODIFICATIONS TO A TEE! By far the best McDonald’s out there, no contest!!!
