Kizuna is my go to place for ramen and sushi! The Kizuna Ramen, Smothered Tater Tots, Japanese Curry, and really any of their sushi rolls are must haves!

The service is always top notch too. They are attentive and great with our kids!

The food was good, but the way we were treated at the end of our visit completely overshadowed the experience.

We stayed during a heavy downpour while continuing to enjoy our meal. We ordered several dishes and were the only guests in the restaurant at the time. Once the rain stopped and the sun came back out, a staff member (who was not our waitress) came to our table and told us we needed to leave within 10 minutes because there was a reservation for our table.

We had no problem leaving, but there were numerous empty tables throughout the restaurant, so the request felt unnecessary. More importantly, the interaction came across as rude and unwelcoming. We expected to be treated with a bit more courtesy and hospitality.

Good food alone isn’t enough to bring us back. Customer service matters just as much, and unfortunately, this experience left a lasting negative impression.

This is a lovely restaurant! We had an amazing time. The food was delicious, service was fast, and the owner was such a sweetheart. Everyone was kind and caring- we felt like family here!

We ordered a ramen and katsu curry, both of which were fantastic. Great balance of flavors! I can’t wait to come back!

I don't even know where to begin. Today was my first time dining alone due to personal family circumstances, and I was a bit nervous--but **Kizuna** turned what could have been a lonely afternoon into one of the most memorable dining experiences of my life.

The Atmosphere & Service
Located exclusively in Vienna, this restaurant is a true "hole-in-the-wall" gem. Every corner is a photo-op; the decor is intimate enough for a solo date like mine, yet perfect for a family gathering.

The service? The staff was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and kind. But the highlight was being greeted by the owner, **Cristiana**. Her energy is a magnet--joyful, prosperous, and deeply genuine. She noticed me sitting alone and immediately made me feel seen, even offering to take a photo of me because she "felt my bright energy." We shared stories, took pictures, and she made me feel like family. Her presence is a blessing to every guest who walks through those doors.

The Food
Of course, the food matched the incredible service:
The Sushi: Tasted remarkably fresh. The crab meat felt like it was taken straight from the shell and placed on the roll. I added cream cheese to mine, and the quality was top-tier.
The Pork Buns: These are a mandatory staple! They literally melt in your mouth.
The Lychee Drink: Perfectly balanced--not too sweet, not too light. A full 5 stars on its own.

Cristiana, you are an angel on earth. Your smile is contagious, and your leadership is evident in how effectively this restaurant is run. I left with a full heart and a full stomach. If you are looking for a place where you are acknowledged and cared for, look no further. I cannot wait to return!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The sushi was a great price and absolutely delicious! It was also presented very nice and they had a lot of options. The owner came to a lot of the tables and was super sweet. Our waitress was also pretty fast, and the music was really good! Not a single lie told, btw just a great place.
