The staff at SOLISTA has been wonderful in all aspects of helping my family member transition into this living situation. From meeting in advance to answer questions and touring the space to allowing my family member to adjust to their new environment at his own pace. The apartments and facility are kept up extremely well and it is a great option for someone who needs support but also wants some independence. Every staff member I have interacted with has been incredibly helpful and I’m so grateful to have found SOLISTA. Special thanks to Kim for her patience with all our questions and accommodations!

I had a great visit at Solista! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-maintained the community was. Our tour was very informative, and Kimberly took the time to answer all of our questions. They offer a wide variety of activities, amenities, and extras that really make the community stand out. It truly looked like a wonderful place for seniors to enjoy an active, comfortable, and engaging lifestyle. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

My fiancé and I recently toured Solista in Wilmington, NC on behalf of a family member, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine kindness and warm smiles.

Bryan was fantastic—friendly, personable, and attentive. He took the time to understand our situation and answer all of our questions with care. It’s clear he truly cares about the residents.
During the tour, it was evident that residents enjoy living at Solista, which says a lot about the community and team.

My mom and I toured Solista of Wilmington and many others recently, From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a huge smile by Tabitha who runs the amazing activities, she took the time to show us the monthly activities calendar and the country store while Bryan in sales was wrapping up his tour. The sales manager showed compassion, empathy and truly educated us. The community's appearance was that of a cruise ship, lots of natural lighting, Billiard Poker room, Chapel, Salon, gym. transportation, Inhouse care, PT/OT. When we Entered the apartments, I was floored all new completely renovated 1Bdr with a Balcony. I looked at my mom's smiling face and new this was her forever home. The Manager Kim greeted us and offered us to stay for a complimentary lunch, food and service was fantastic. Place is clean, smells great and most importantly each and every resident was happy and said hello or stopped to tell us you don't need to look any further this is home! Well, we don't need to look anymore! we have an appointment with Bryan to sign the paperwork for moms' new chapter of her
life. Thank you all for making this transition flawless.

“Bang for your Buck” is an understatement! This community is beautiful and the amenities are abundant. Staff is helpful and attentive to residents needs. Tons of activities and amazing food from a top executive chef. Even transportation. They loved my Grandma like their own. Simply top notch. And they’re remodeled!!!
