To preface: this is an airport. One would expect prices to be higher, options to be limited, and service/food quality to possibly not match what you’d get at a standalone restaurant. That said, this was easily one of the worst airport dining experiences I’ve had - bad enough for me to write a review!
The service was extraordinarily slow, despite this not appearing to be a particularly busy period. Orders just weren’t moving. Finished burgers were lined up getting cold while customers waited, several menu items weren’t available, and the fry station appeared to be a significant bottleneck.
The customer service made an already frustrating situation worse. My interactions with the team came across as dismissive and condescending (a trend noted in other reviews, it seems).
After roughly 20 minutes, I finally received my burger and ultimately gave up on the fries I had already paid for because there was no finish line in sight for that item (I only got my burger because I asked for it and noted the fries could be a sunk cost). Getting my soda was another experience as well, with another staff interaction leaving much to be desired.
Again, I understand this is an airport restaurant and adjusted my expectations accordingly. But between the wait, food sitting while it cooled, unavailable items, poor communication + staff attitudes, incomplete order, and airport-level pricing… the service, quality, and value simply weren’t there.
I’d recommend eating elsewhere in the terminal unless this location improves considerably. Smashburger management or the airport concession operator should take a serious look at the operation here, because the brand and concept are capable of much better than what this location delivered.

First of all the price of everything was way to much for the kind of food they gave us. Also we ask for coffee at 6:55 and we waited for 40 minutes and they still didn't give us any coffee so we got our money back. The service was absolutely trash and the manager was not helping as all. Get this place out off here or get the workers out. Welcome to America

Very busy with a long wait, but it was absolutely worth it. The burgers were fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and the fries were excellent too. The staff handled the busy rush as best they could while staying friendly. If you’re at the airport and have a little extra time, I definitely recommend stopping here for one of the best meals you’ll find in the terminal.

Despite the bad reviews I decided to give this place a try. I ordered one of the fried chicken tenders sandwiches with cheese and some fries. Honestly, the food was not bad. It’s what I’d expect from an airport fast food joint. Chicken was hot and crispy, tasted fresh and like high quality chicken. The rosemary fries were a bit too greasy for my liking. Service was pretty good, and I barely had to wait to get my food. One caveat is that there was barely anyone in the concourse so there wasn’t much of a line or anything. I’d say it’s nothing to write home about but it hit the spot for a quick fried chicken sandwich during a layover. I’d probably eat here again. All airport food is overpriced, so yeah I mean the price wasn’t the best but it also wasn’t horrible (paid about 23 bucks for all of that).

I should’ve checked the reviews before I spent my money. I’ll admit I was ordering food around 15 minutes before closing, but with the weather I needed food incase my flight was canceled. As anyone approached the counter an employee was loudly saying “We close in X minutes” with a rude attitude.
Also telling another woman that “I’m not doing fountain drinks” and she could buy a pre bottled one. My chicken was extremely burnt and I couldn’t bite through it as it was so tough. It was also sitting in a puddle of grease at the bottom of the cup. The fries weren’t bad.
