Bad employees - Overheard the staff talking badly about customers, saying they specifically “didn’t like” certain people in the store. Insane to say that kind of stuff around people

My girlfriend and I were checking out and using a $50 gift card at crocker park Garage. The lady who was checking us out scratched off the PIN number so it was unreadable and we had to go through a long process of calling the website and talking to the AI and nothing even worked. Neither the original girl or the manager apologized for basically throwing away my girlfriend’s $50 gift card and just said “there’s nothing we can do.” Zero accountability and zero action taken and we lost $50 for nothing. Never coming back.

I had a phenomenal shopping experience at this store!! This lovely young lady named Kate was incredibly helpful and went absolutely above and beyond to get me a delightful pair of sweat shorts! She went in the back and got them for me after having recommended them to me. Even though the store was incredibly busy on Saturday March 21st, Kate took the time to make sure I was squared away and made sure I had a pleasant shopping experience. I would give 6 stars if I could! The young lady who rung me up at the register was very friendly and talkative and made the process smooth and easy.

I was honestly really disappointed with my experience at Garage a bit ago. One of the associates was super sweet and clearly trying her best, but she was running all over putting things away, helping me and my friend and letting customers in fitting rooms. Meanwhile, another worker was just standing at the register on her phone the entire time. It was kind of awkward to watch and just felt really unprofessional.

Kate was the absolute best she was efficient and funny- made me feel like I was welcome. Highly recommend asking if she’s there if you stop in!
