I am extremely disappointed with the way Dutch Bros manages its drive-thru ordering system. The lack of organization and fairness is absolutely ridiculous.
I arrived when there was no employee taking orders. While I waited in my lane, other vehicles arrived afterward, yet those customers were given priority. The employee could clearly see which vehicles had arrived first, but there appeared to be no effort to serve customers in the order they arrived.
How does this make any business sense? A two-lane drive-thru should operate fairly and efficiently, not leave customers waiting while others who arrived later receive service first.
Customers' time should be valued and respected. It is frustrating to watch other vehicles receive priority simply because they happened to choose a different lane.
Ultimately, I left without ordering because the experience was not worth my time. Dutch Bros needs to reevaluate its drive-thru procedures and implement a more organized, first-come, first-served system.
Good customer service starts with basic organization, fairness, and respect for customers' time. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated none of those qualities.

Been going here for coffee or rebels for almost a year now the everything from the drinks to service and atmosphere is always phenomenal I always like suprises so I tell the employees to suprise me with there favorite drinks and so far every drink was there own unique experience. Today I got the Cosmetic cookie dough freeze and it was in fact out of this work it may not be everyone's cup of joe but sure is mine they have something for everyone so I'd definitely giving it a try

First time visiting this location. Got to the window and Bella was training someone. There was an issue with my mobile order and Bella took care of it and used it as a training moment. She was really cool and made my drink really quick and exceeded my expectations . Dutch Bros is always a good idea and the vibes here are unmatched. I tried the cosmic protein coffee. It was good. This location, you enter on the north west end of the parking lot and work your way down to the south west corner. Go slow through the parking lot because there's people walking everywhere.

I liked it. Only thing I wish we be MORE accessible is having a menu for diabetics. Something with sugar free options and caffeine free. Other than that place is good 👍

First time visiting this location but loved the service & a big shout out to Alexa who was doing the drive through this day! Customer service exceeds 10/10 rating! Super friendly and patient with waiting for my order!!!
Efficient work with helpful signs along the drive through so it helps customers understand the flow of things if it gets peak busy.
