The BEST experience from start to finish!! I was greeted by the most friendly sales man ( Bowen) who took the time to listen to my wants, needs and price point. Showing me only vehicles a mom on a budget could afford without trying to upsell me to something un obtainable. Quickly got financing rates and explained the process. He answered all my questions and once I signed( no pressure to buy) had the car detailed, fueled up and waiting. And the finance manager (Christian) was friendly, funny and truly takes pride in his customers. I would 1000% recommend to anyone shopping for a new to you car!! Skip the others and start with the BEST!! Thank you gentleman - we will be back for our next purchase!

Buying our Jeep at Best Jeep was a very good experience. We communicated via text which originated through an online car search. Rob provided us in advance with details about the car and it was out front waiting for us when we arrived. He was friendly without high pressure. His paper work was simplified. The paper and digital finance documents we completed with Christian were concise and explained in an efficient manner. We were prepared with our documents for a trade in and were able to leave with the new Jeep the same day. We are now part of the Best Family !

Best Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Plymouth has gone above & beyond Excellence in my last 2 visits. I had 2 unusual events happen since owning a Pacifica. Last week I needed a transmission repair and Mike in service was exceptional, he stayed with me from diagnosis to check out! He worked with warranty team for best cost of repair, worked with the service team to ensure complete job & safety of vehicle & walked me to vehicle after check out. I feel safe again driving my grandsons and anyone in vehicle! Thank You Mike & Best for integrity of service and using warranty for repair!

I am very pleased with my experience at Best Chrysler Dodge RAM. The staff were friendly and accommodating and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the showroom. Brian Gajdzisz, my sales representative, was a pleasure to work with. Although he was a relative newcomer to the sales team, he went above and beyond in his efforts to get me the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. I had a lot of questions, and if he didn’t have the answers right at hand, he went out of his way to make sure I got the information I wanted. Brian was always polite, respectful and friendly, and the dealership would do well to make every effort to hang on to him!! He would be an asset to any business and a great example of what a sales representative should be. I have been a customer in many sales transactions over the years and I have been a sales representative myself, before my retirement, so I know what I am talking about! Brian is truly what every dealership should look for in a representative for their business!!
I would be remiss if I did not add a word about Christian Hanley, the credit department manager. Chris was also amazing in his efforts to make my experience more accommodating. He had the answers for all my questions and got me a deal I felt comfortable with. He, like Brian Gajdzisz, went the extra mile to make sure I was happy!
