They are a well-oiled machine and every step of the process was communicated clearly and ran smoothly - photographs (top quality), marketing plan and materials, staging, pricing, checklists - everything was seamless all the way through to closing. In one word, Jennifer Wauhob is stellar. She helped my husband and I sell our home in record time and was an absolute delight to work with. She’s extremely professional and committed – qualities we were looking for and sincerely appreciate. One of my main concerns when interviewing agents was to ensure that they would be our main POC throughout the home sale process and not simply disappear handing us off to team members – Jennifer delivered more than 100% here as well, she was always accessible and prompt to respond to texts/calls/emails. Focused and committed, Jennifer paid attention to details like changing out yard signs at various stages of the sale process without any prompts from us. Not just that, she also stepped in to record a 3D tour of our home when the main photographer suddenly became unavailable. We were looking for a realtor to list our home in the Cinco Ranch/Katy area. For 12 years the home had served as a great rental property for us.
