I normally wouldn’t write a review but I feel like I need to share so they can improve their customer service and problem resolution skills. I booking a class to attend one of their pole dancing sessions on January 24, 2026 and found out the day before that one of the staff members canceled my booking on the back end on January 26,3026. The only reason I found out about the cancellation is because I logged into my account find their address. I called them to find out why it was canceled and received the following responses for feed back: “If we canceled it’s because we received a cancellation request” / “Oh you came in on January 26th”/ “I also see that you didn’t pay”. I told the staff member that I’ve never submitted a request to canceled and I opted to pay at the studio since I was booking with multiple people who had not paid yet. She eventually found out the reason for cancellation. She stated that the class I booked for had been removed from the calendar. I never received any kind of communication from Divas and Dolls informing me of a cancellation. There was no notification in my account either. I only found it under activity. I informed the staff member that someone in my party was going to canceled because they wouldn’t be able to come anymore and asked if I could take her spot. She said it would automatically go to the next person who was on the waitlist. I asked if I could take my friend’s spot instead of canceling and update the name on the booking and she said no. She told me to wait until 10am on February 21,2026 (The day if the event) to see if some slots would open up. I’m going to check to see if a slot opens up but I no longer want to attend because of my experience. No apology or nothing for the inconvenience. If I attend it’s only to support my friend.

OMG!! What an amazing group of professional instructors. I completed 1.5 hours of class today. Twerk, chair dance, pole dancing, mixed cardio and yoga. I wish they were located in VA. I would love to come back. Everyone should try this at least one time.

I love this studio! Not only are the classes fun but they will also challenge you. The instructors are amazing and it feels like a great community. Can’t wait for more classes.

Black owned business! Women owned business! What's not to love?!...I recently hosted my best friends Bachelorette Party in the DC/ Maryland area! I booked a private event here on the mere hopes that the pictures from the website and reviews would be great and steer me in the right direction.... they did! The owner, Crystal, made the process super easy, comfortable, and inviting! The class was an hour long and the instructor killed it. We were a small group of 4 but she didn't short us of the experience. I would definitely go back!!! 🤸🏾‍♀️💕
