We had an absolutely beautiful experience delivering our baby at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center. The Family Birth Center is top-notch—clean, peaceful, incredibly modern, and perfectly designed to make families feel comfortable and secure.
The entire labor, delivery, and postpartum staff functions like a well-oiled machine, bringing so much compassion and expertise to the room. We want to extend a massive, heartfelt thank you to the whole team, but a very special shoutout goes to Makeda and Javay. Both of them went entirely above and beyond for us. Their soothing energy, expert guidance, and genuine kindness made all the difference in the world during our delivery. They kept us calm, confident, and perfectly cared for.
Thank you, Cedar Hill, and thank you the entire team for bringing our little one into the world with so much love and exceptional care!

Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had in beginning a physical therapy program. The physical therapist assigned to me already had my health records at her disposal, which she used as a foundation for asking questions and for producing her own detailed and holistic assessment of my situation. As a result, I was provided with a clear understanding of the physical therapy schedule to follow, how therapy is being structured based on the recovery outcomes I expressed needing from this process, and how my medical history and current health factors (such as diet, weight, medications, illnesses, injuries, etc.,) connect to the approaches to therapy being prescribed. As a result, the level of trust and gratitude I feel in starting this process is pretty high. I also understand how best to work with my therapist to ensure the best outcome.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Women’s Services department at Cedar Hill Hospital under the leadership of Whitney and Ashley. From Labor & Delivery to Postpartum, every nurse and staff member I encountered was absolutely amazing. The level of care, compassion, attention, and support I received made me feel so confident, comfortable, and at ease throughout my entire birthing experience.

Not only did they care for me medically, but they truly supported my family and made the entire process feel special, personal, and filled with love. I felt genuinely blessed to bring my daughter into the world surrounded by such caring people.

I was also honored to be the hospital’s 100th birth, and the team celebrated me with beautiful flowers, thoughtful gifts, and so much kindness. It was a moment I will never forget.

I would absolutely recommend Cedar Hill Hospital Women’s Services to anyone preparing to have a baby. Please do not let reviews about the Emergency Room discourage you, because my experience with Women’s Services was completely different and truly exceptional. They deserve to be recognized for the incredible work they do every day for mothers and families.

Thank you again to Whitney, Ashley, and the entire Labor & Delivery and Postpartum staff for making one of the most important moments of my life so beautiful and memorable. 💕

I recently had to visit the emergency room after not feeling well and initially went to Capital Region. Unfortunately, the wait time compared to the number of patients and available beds did not seem favorable, so at the recommendation of family, I decided to leave and drive to Cedar Hill instead. I am so glad I did.

From the moment I arrived, the night shift staff at Cedar Hill was exceptional. Whoever is responsible for hiring this team clearly knows what they are doing. Everyone was amazing—from security, to the nurse who checked me in, to the triage nurse who took my vitals. Even though I was in pain, they made me feel relaxed, cared for, and genuinely comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism kept my spirits high, we even laughed a little.

This hospital has an intake process that truly works. My wait time was reasonable, and once I was placed in a bed, the care continued to be excellent. Nurses Keith and Kim were especially wonderful, helping me stay calm and comfortable during a stressful experience. The doctor quickly assessed my condition, identified my diagnosis, and started treatment promptly. I also appreciated Nurse Kim taking the time to remind me that rest and proper nutrition are just as important as medication—sometimes that extra reminder really matters.

I’m incredibly thankful for the entire Cedar Hill ER staff and would absolutely recommend this emergency room to family and friends.

A great hospital the nurses, the doctors security. The whole team is wonderful great I haven’t had a bad episode at all. The first time I came in September and this time that I came in February had been Great they explained everything to me. They asked me if I had any questions. They gave me everything I need. They even call other hospitals for me, which was GW to help me set up my appointments ahead of time.the food, the bed, the bathrooms room everything is clean and neat.
