Long lineup on Saturday afternoon but line moved fast. A bit of wait for waffle (10 min) to make fresh. The waffle texture was too soft (I only like crispy waffle). Staff was nice and I was prompted the same 18% tip on the bill.

My friend told me she's never been to the Ossington and not gotten Bang Bang ice cream. And DAMN I can see why. I got the single scoop half and half, which is basically a single scoop portion with 2 flavors. The first flavor i got was the Miso Cherry. Truly so unique! I didnt know what to expect with miso ice cream?? But it tasted almost cheesy, while being distinctly miso flavored-- which paired perfectly with the sweet tart cherries. The 2nd flavor i got was a ube coconut. It was delectibly coconut creamy with small bits of coconut! I'm a Filipina who takes ube very seriously, and they definitely don't stinge out on the ube!!! Both scoops 100/10! This place has become my new favourite ice cream shop in the city!

Best icecream flavours I've had easily. My favourite is the matcha and jasmin combo. You get the tannen dryness that a good green tea has which pairs so well with a cream Ly icecream
You must get the unique waffle cone with it. So amazing.

Ice cream is really good especially the banana pudding and totaro. Staff are pretty kind but I saw the same lady who’s also at Bakerbots baking (I assume she’s the owner of this store or a manager) and to be honest that’s the only complaint I have. She never smiles, and she’s very cold towards the customers.

Tiny space but Big flavours. This location has been here forever, and even on the coldest of winter days, this tiny space is packed with customers craving flavour bursts.
PLEASE LOOK AHEAD ON THE MENU TO KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO ORDER. The lineups are huge, and it's frustrating hearing a grown adult not know what flavour ice cream they want.
We got the half ice cream on a chocolate chip cookie, with Ube ice cream and the banana puddin' custard. The cookie was crispy and chewy. Such a nice surprise.
We got a plain bubble waffle cone with butter mint (mint chip without the green food colouring) I will add that the mint was rich and strong. Exactly how I like it. Unafraid to really stand out. And the Lampone My Loves was a raspberry base we found refreshing and delightful
Always a winning ice cream experience.

Really enjoyed visiting this ice cream shop. They make their own unique flavors, and the quality really shows in the taste. It’s great to see they also offer eggless options along with gluten-free and vegan choices, making it a nice spot for everyone to enjoy. The variety may be small, but the flavors are delicious and well made. Overall, a very good experience and definitely worth a visit if you enjoy quality ice cream.

Stopped by Bang Bang Ice Cream & Bakery and finally got to try their matcha and pistachio ice cream. There’s almost always a lineup here whenever you walk by, but honestly the wait moved pretty quickly and only ended up being around 10 minutes, which felt very reasonable considering how popular the spot is.
Both flavours were really solid. The matcha had a strong earthy flavour without being overly bitter, giving it a nice balanced taste that still felt creamy and refreshing. The pistachio stood out too with a rich, nutty flavour that tasted more natural and less artificially sweet compared to a lot of other pistachio ice creams. The texture on both was smooth, dense, and creamy without feeling too heavy.
The atmosphere around Ossington always adds to the experience too, especially on a nice day when the whole area feels busy and lively. After finally trying it, I can definitely understand why there’s consistently a lineup outside. Overall, a great dessert spot that’s worth the short wait.

Worth the wait! We had dinner across the street and debated skipping it because of the line, but so many people told us it was worth it, and they were right. We tried the cookie ice cream sandwich and the waffle one, both were so good. The cookie sandwich was unreal. Our favourite flavours were definitely the cinnamon and burnt toffee. We also tried the tiramisu, which was good, but didn’t totally blow us away compared to the others. Definitely a spot we’d come back to!

Absolutely my best recommendation for artisan ice cream. The flavour choices, the ingredients quality is fantastic. They have flavours like burnt toffee, banana pudding, matcha, Ube, earl grey. The selection will literally have you confused. And the best part they give you options to combine your ice cream scoop with freshly baked cookies ( called Sammie’s) , egg waffle cones or a delicious banana bread. Must try if you are crazing a dessert.

I tried a bubble waffle cone with boba milk tea ice cream and chocolate hazelnut ice cream, both flavors were delicious and the waffle cone was the perfect warm and cozy treat for the season! My partner got the Cinnamon Toast ice cream, which was unfortunately a miss. It was too sweet and just tasted like someone dumped a bunch of cinnamon into milk, there was no real flavor.
Overall, I’d recommend checking the reviews for the most recommended flavors before you buy something here, since there was no sampling allowed (which is strange for an ice cream shop!)
Service was friendly and quick.
