What a relief,Panda Air was extremely professional, knew exactly what they were talking about and proved it by explaining and showing me what was going on. I had originally hired a company from Chino Valley, who installed my HVAC unit a few years ago, they did not come prepared and could not find the leak on my unit. Panda Air identified it within minutes, he showed me the leak and it was more than obvious. The other company was going to charge me triple what Panda was. Honest, professional and goes above and beyond.

I recently had Panda Air come out for A/C maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were very professional, detail-oriented, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system.
Their pricing is very fair, and you can tell they truly care about doing the job right. I highly recommend them with full confidence!

Panda Air is The Best and most caring HVAC co.!! I am a handyman and General Contractor but know only basics of HVAC….but I know good service and knowledge when I see it. This company installs only the best equipment with ultimate care and detail!…. but a big plus is that they are willing to install equipment a customer buys if it’s new and they agree to its quality.

I found Panda Air almost by accident posting help wanted on a Facebook group for two system replacements for my house. I was going to do a semi diy install. I don’t like how the industry as a whole operates, and I had done research on the type of systems I wanted installed.
Raphael the owner answered my post personally and agreed to install the two systems I purchased (after careful review of my delivered ducted inverter systems) at a separate labor rate that was very fair. He explains concepts and answers questions in a manner anyone can understand and wants customers to be informed.
We saved a lot of money AND got the best service that’s backed by the same peace of mind warranty as the most expensive companies with their products. They came back two weeks later to follow up and fine tune everything. I could not be more pleased!!

Rafael and his team came by my home and provided much-needed maintenance for my AC unit. He answered all of my concerns and handled everything around my home with great care and professionalism. He clearly explained what needed to be replaced and emphasized how regular maintenance helps protect the unit and extend its lifespan.

I’m so glad I found them, it really gives me peace of mind going into the hot summer months. I will definitely be calling them every year to schedule maintenance. The pricing was amazing, the service was quick and excellent, and Rafael was very professional and presentable. Highly recommended!

Five Stars for Panda Air Conditioning!
Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year (of course!), and I was panicking. I called several companies, and Panda Air was the only one that could get someone out to us quickly. Their technician, Rafael , was absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in no time (damage blower wheel ) and had it fixed by the following day. Rafael explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and even gave me some tips on maintaining our unit to prevent future problems. The price was fair, especially considering the quick response time and excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair. They're the best!
