I wont be able to say enough about SocaServices. Their workmanship was top notch with everything they did. Removing ALL the popcorn stucco and painting the entire house from top to bottom the finishing is superb! Dave helped us to make sure what we doing was correct by guiding us in the right direction to make the proper decisions. David was brought in to the painting in our renovation of the main floor and hallway to 2nd floor. We were amazed at how fast and efficient he was but also patient and kind and not afraid of hard work! We were also skeptical that a coat of paint could make our super old doors and trim look new but David is a magician. He was kind enough to re-do a room when we absolutely hated the colour we chose. He always let us know when he would be coming and going, and he worked long hours to make sure he got the work done within the timing of the bigger schedule. My husband used to do the painting around here but now that we know David, he is our go-to guy. We highly recommend him!
