As a Real Estate Broker you are required to work with only the best licensed professionals. The Shumaker team is prompt, kind, responsive and reliable. I'm very happy to have this as my go to recommendation for roof and siding repair for my clients. I highly recommend this team, from the owner to the receptionist to the roofers they are top tier!

I had a great experience speaking with Bailey when I called about getting an estimate. She was super helpful, answered all my questions without rushing, and made everything easy to understand. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. I’m confident in choosing this company for future work, thanks to the excellent customer service she provided!

Definitely a customer for life. Michele went above and beyond to ensure a flawless experience. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. Walked me through the entire process and also took the steps to make sure my pups would be safe in the yard after the cleaning and re-juvenate application. The entire crew did a phenomenal job. Had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners, Tyler, and it was just like talking with an old friend. The interactions I had with everyone were so personable, unlike other companies I’ve worked with. You can tell they all love what they do. I have already recommended Shumaker’s and Michele to friends and family. Highly recommend to everyone else!

Michele Riggs was great. She was very knowledgeable, she dealt with the insurance company and made sure we were informed every step of the way. The work was excellent. Michele went the extra steps to making sure my doggie yard was clear of nails so they could potty. Even personally walked my Aunt into the house making sure it was safe while work was happening. We are very pleased with the entire process and the end results are excellent. The owner also made it a point to personally come and speak with me. I would recommend Michele and Schumaker Roofing to anyone.

Shumaker did a great job replacing our roof. We worked with Demetrius, who guided us through the entire process. He was very down to earth, didn’t use any pushy sales tactics & immediately made us feel like we were working with a trusted friend. He was always prompt, patient, & available to answer any questions we had, from beginning to end. The workers were also great… always polite & checked in with us at the end of each day to give us an update on what was done & what to expect the next day. Overall, an all around great experience with this company!
