I left my drone with this business for repair and paid a $60 fee. I was told they would evaluate the issue, but after waiting two months, nothing was repaired.

During that entire time, I never received a phone call, update, or status report. I had to personally come to the store to find out what was happening and pick up my drone myself.

After two months, my drone was returned in the same condition, with no repair completed and no proactive communication from the business. I understand that some repairs can take time, but keeping a customer’s property for two months without providing updates or a resolution is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this business based on the lack of communication and service I received. In my opinion, charging a $60 fee and then keeping my drone for two months without repairing it or contacting me feels like a waste of my time and money.

awful experience, these folks really are good at scamming the general public. my credit card was charged $800 for a non existant repair, i went back to complain, they offered a $400 credit. i called the police and am going to pursue a remedy through the courts. avoid this store!

Called about getting an iPad screen protector I had purchased for my newly purchased iPad and they told me over the phone “yeah we can, it will be a small fee but we definitely can” so I drove over and had it ready. The guy at the counter said “you called and asked that?” I said “yes, just about 10 minutes ago” he had no idea what I was talking about and went back behind the store and came back after 5 minutes and said “we can for 40 dollars” 40 dollars to put on a 8$ screen protector I bought online is nasty. So I went next door to Verizon and they did it for free. Don’t let this place rip you off.

INSPECT!!!! went for screen repair and protector... Told 1hour by employee as well as advertised. Read reviews being told high price and quality work by owner in another review. After 2hrs 15 min I went back to store , I was told almost done (hmmm what about the hour you said)... Was given phone I inspected it and back was falling off/ not sealed properly... I'm guessing the new manager came out and worked with me and after another hour (3 hours total) it was completed. All I can say is be honest if your need 2 hours say it, don't just say an hour and give back a poor product from "expert" repair place. Don't say we charge more for amazing quality when if I didn't take it out of its case and look I would have had garbage work done or possible damage. I appreciate him correcting it there but it was me sitting in the store for 1hour. Following 2hrs15min already. Would have been more than happy to give the second employee 4 stars, but this review is the overall experience of this location. He did say he was going to talk to the employees... So my word of advice is just thoroughly inspect your device prior to dropping it off as well as picking it back up/leaving the store so the can correct the issue.

Came in to get my phone fixed, Roman was super friendly and quick. In and out in about 20 mins. They even helped me get a case and a screen protector put on in the store
