The reviews on here are absolutely true. If you like to unexpectedly have to pay as much as 10 grand (I kid you not), then come here, by all means. My story: they sweet talked me for an hour. They even formed a bond with me. I was like really sold on this place. Then they took xrays and chatted some more, another 30 minutes. The last hour and half they kept me in an office trying to force me to sign a 10k plan!!! With stupid fake promises like "the doctor will see you again" or "I'll talk to him" or "you'll loose your teeth in a month" or "this is really what you have to pay". They pushed me to sign with a "special credit" company to fund my dental needs. I was an Uber driver back then with an unemployed husband and on top of that a biochemistry student. And I was locked in a rental agreement of 3.2k a month. How many rides am I supposed to do before I would pay off that debt? It was 10 or 7k i can'tremember. Regardless, it was astronomical. I left scarred and sad, THREE HOURS after bullying. THREE HOURS theyll play with your heartstrings. I was smart. I refused every single attempt of theirs. I didn't sign shit. But... the next person might be blind to what's going on there. They are extremely good at what they do. Which is claiming money they got through questionable methods that they would under normal circumstances never get. Sorry I can't remember what the final amount was they tried me signing for. But I can tell you, I would have been in debt for years. That's all I remember. Ive been hesitant to go to a periodontal office all together for months after that. If I tell you I left scarred for life, I really mean it. They have a way of making you feel very very poor and they play on your emotions on a level you can't comprehend or ever expect from such a "normal" office. There's nothing normal about this place, trust me. Expect the unexpected and believe me when i tell you that you, the reader, i actually care for you and only with you the best. Especially if you're honest and authentic like me. Stay away!

As someone with severe dental phobia, I cannot recommend this office enough! From the moment I made a call to schedule I was met with reassurance and understanding as I explained my fear. This was HUGE to me as usually when I mention it to dental professionals I am met with condescending tones and over all disapproval.
I made it into my consult where I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist/tech Gracie who treated me with kindness and patience.
Andy! Thank you for your understanding, reassurance and gentle approach as we went over my treatment plan. Finally , I met Dr. Louie who was so gentle and kind.i had my wisdom teeth plus one more removed, a bone graft and a deep cleaning. After surgery, virtually zero pain and discomfort.
I was actually looking forward to my follow up appointment this afternoon. I cannot thank them enough for the entire experience. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️ my only regret is that I didn't get in any sooner to make this happen

Editing to add that I've just spoken with my insurance company and verified that tooth hq spoke with them 3 days prior to my procedure and were told that they were an out of network provider and no benefits would be used here. I completed my work here after learning from Andy (office manager) that she had received prior authorization from insurance and we were good to go.
She lied to me and as a result I was out $4k . While I'm greatful for their help. I do not appreciate being intentionally lied to. I could have taken my insurance to another provider 🔥

Dr Louie was absolutely fantastic! He deserves at least 6 stars! He was comprehensive, explained everything as we went along. Extremely knowledgeable and as dedicated as I’ve ever seen. Gentle, never any pain at all. Impressed by the great follow up too. I was referred to Tooth HQ by my dentist. I could not have been in better hands.
Very highly recommend!

Andy (front desk lady), you rock, you took the time to explain to me everything with a lot of patience (you need a rise)
Dr. Louie and The Dental Assistant Kayce were really professional at all moments, making sure I was fine and comfortable. I can't thank you enough. I pray to God for a good dentist, and I'm so thankful that I was directed to you guys! 🙏🏻

I got my wisdom teeth removed on the same day. The process was really easy, fast, no pain..

I don’t was in soooooooo much pain. They removed my tooth the same day and I felt no pain being that I’m scared of needles and blood. It was all so smooth I’m so happy I came here. Process was fast and they made me feel absolutely comfortable. Thank you all! Blessed that I chose to come here.

This place was super awesome! I had my wisdom teeth removed! I had no pain. Excellent healing and the Staff was amazing!!! I loved it! Also it was such a great experience from scheduling all the way to my post op! I loved it!
