Dr Li and her staff are amazing. She makes you feel really at ease and has the best bedside manner, never making you feel bad if you are afraid of the dentist or you just haven't been seen one in forever! Her technician, Jeremy, is great too! Just overall one of the best dental experience I've ever had. She is super gentle and amazing with the whole numbing procedure as well! I had to have extractions and I had no swelling or bruising and only took motrin for a day or two with the very little pain i experienced. Again and amazing office. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!

I highly recommend this whole office. Dr.Lee was very concise and took care of all of my needs. I usually have horrible dentist anxiety but Dr. Lee and Kara made my experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back. I’m happy i found my forever office!

Easy to get a quick appointment! Dr. Li is great, caring, and goes over all necessary work recommended to be done. They have a great cash program with discounts and she goes over all of it. Her staff is helpful and very customer oriented. If you need a dentist and feel nervous, they will all make you feel comfortable!

Great experience at this clinic. I just moved to the area and had another dentist try to upsell me on a procedure so went to Dr. Li for a second opinion. She did not deem the procedure necessary. She was easy to talk to and cleaning and exam went well.

Really great service. Dr Sarah Li has magic hands!!! This is a new business and they did amazing! Was very open and communicative. Gave some honest feedback and cleaned extremely well. No pain at all and asked how everything felt! Natalie was also a great dental assistant! Definitely recommend to everyone and anyone! Also friends and family of current members get free exams so sign up and recommend!!!!

Dr Li is so professional and friendly. She took her time to make sure we understand all the procedures and pricing, she makes everything very clear. Her team is also very welcoming and helpful. The front desk lady (I forgot her name) is very patient and professional as well. My kids (12 and 8 years old) both have a good experience with Dr Li and this location is definitely our family’s first choice! Thank you Dr Li and her team

I had a wonderful experience at Open and Affordable Dental Parker East. They did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, took thorough x-rays, and expertly filled a cavity. They also took care of other teeth that needed repair, all with great professionalism. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Best of all, there was no pain involved at any point. I highly recommend Dr. Li and her team for quality, affordable dental care!

I went to this office for a routine checkup and teeth cleaning. However, I spent 40 minutes getting x-rays taken over and over again. Apparently the assistants were using the wrong equipment! After well over 20 x-rays were taken, I asked how much longer would this be and how many more x-rays were going to need to be taken? The male assistant then had the audacity to tell me this was routine and I needed to be patient!! I left without seeing an actual dentist and would not recommend this office to anyone!
