Dr. Thomas Chandler Kleine is the best dentist I have had in all of my 64 years. He is thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. His staff is exceptional and a joy to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone!

This is by far the best dentist experience I've ever had.

It's hard to explain in a review, but I really struggle with going to the dentist (for a variety of reasons). All of the staff I interacted with were super understanding and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Justin McPhee is especially amazing... He was super fast, communicated great, and put me at ease in the chair. But all the assistance were awesome too.

I highly recommend this place if you have a hard time with the dentist. They seem to get it and honestly I feel grateful to have a dentists that makes it tolerable.

Initially my first visit was good, both stars are for the office in Wellington. My negative experience was with the partnered oral surgeons office. i had a broken tooth and was given my options. i had elected for an implant since it was towards the front. but when i was at my procedure appointment the power went out. i was told they would reschedule, but 3 weeks later i still heard nothing. Finally i called them only to find out the earliest appointment they could give me was another month out, that date didn't work and the next was another month out. over 3 months before i could be seen because they forgot to call me and reschedule even though i had already paid. communication was bad because i had elected for immediate implant but was told that wasn't what they had scheduled, they schedule removal only with re-implant over 5 months later- 5 1/2 months without one of my front teeth!!! I asked for a refund and instead of putting it on my HSA card that i paid i needed to wait for a check to be mailed to me. i live over an hour from any bank. this whole experience was unprofessional and a huge hassle. i don't recommend this business because of my experience.

I went in and no cleaning nothing she poked my teeth said they wiggly and she wants to pull every tooth and give me dentures. I left crying so I went to get a 2nd opinion at Clear Creek dental , only my wisdom teeth being pulled and one broken one at the bottom he redid my
Top teeth in 2 hrs today he couldn’t believe that dentist wanted to pull all my teeth he said no good dentist would do that. Had a horrible experience here i highly recommend clear creek dental

This Dental facility and staff are amazing. Very kind, professional, helpful and easy to work with. The Doctors are awesome as well. They truly care and take their time with you. I would highly recommend all of Wellington and surrounding areas to use them for any and all dental needs. My personal Dentist is Dr Justin McPhee and he is awesome. I have had substantial dental work done on my teeth, all my life. I've had teeth pulled, root canals, crowns, braces for seven years. Hands-down Dr. McPhee is amazing! The best dental office I've been to in years. Wonderful customer service and bedside manner. I used to dread the dentist, but these guys are top-notch! I don't put off appointments ever. These guys are so great especially Dr. McPhee. They're more reasonable than most places. I've been to as well. Willing to work with you financially. Can't say enough good things about them.

Charged me $500 to pull one tooth, the oral surgeon hurt me worse than I’ve ever experienced at any dentist, anywhere, refused to give me anything but Tylenol for pain, “at least until after the first day” he said, which makes no sense. Of course he knew the worst would be the first day. They told me if I needed to, to call them but when I did, they never returned my call. I ended up in the E.R. with horrendous pain. I’ll never go there again!

My husband had his infected tooth extracted at around 2 pm Friday 6/12. After bleeding excessively for 8 hours, I tried to text the after hours number he was given and called them several times between 10:30pm and 1am . No one called back until 5:30 am. Now it's Saturday they're closed and he's SOL. If you're gonna have work done, maybe do it earlier in the week so you don't have to wait all weekend if you have a complication.

I needed a crown on a difficult tooth. I was nervous about several things but especially the injections. Dr. Chandler and Paiton were a wonderful team. They made me feel comfortable, and best of all I didn't even feel the injections! The office staff is very welcoming too.

I just want to extend my gratitude to Open and Affordable. Dr.Z and staff and all the other dentists have been nothing but kind compassionate and gental. Not once did I feel looked down upon or scolded for my dental situation. They work closely with Medicaid and fight to get things covered. My new set of partials they made for me look so good. No one has ever thought I wear dentures. Everyone is so friendly there and I never once was in pain or dreaded going back in there. The only thing I wish was different was quicker times getting in. But that's how good they are they are booked SOLID. Additionally they REALLY like to remind you of your appointments, which I appreciate but sometimes it's a little much. But seriously all the thanks and best from me and I'm sure all of the guys at Harvest Farm. Thank you Open and Affordable!!

My previous dentist wanted to yank out, extract 3 molars! And were referring me to Westminster! Yuck!!

Dr Z gave me a full around my head xray. Very digital, very tech, and a lot more info!
The previous bad office xrays were indiv that you bite on. Old fashioned. Higher radiation I think?

Wow, this is a great office!!!
Such nice people, and customer service!

Dr Z carefully explained my choices. And she was NOT pushing me into having 3 teeth pulled out.

I'm going tell everyone I know about this Dental office!!
