SLG home buyers has been a good send to us. We got our house sold quickly and for a fair price which was exactly what we needed to start a new beginning. Luca was great and explained everything and has been in touch with us during the whole process, which made the experience very personal to our situation. Thank you SLG

From start to finish this company was great to work with. They came and inspected the house less than 48hrs after calling them. The process was very easy and stress free. They were open and honest about everything they do. I got to deal with Luca, who was exceptionally easy to deal with and talk to. They are an honest company that gave their word and stuck to it. Great communication from Luca who always kept in touch to make sure I was happy with everything all the way through the process. I’d recommend this company to anyone trying to sell a house as is and don’t want to deal with the stress anymore. I’m a very happy client.

the process of selling my house in brampton was great. i wanted a seamless transaction. not having to worry about how long the property would be up for sale. no agents coming through and wanted to avoid the last minute showings. The team was great letting me know what was going to happen. Communication was great. thank you !

Luca and the team were great. Our property is in Thorold and due to our parents needing extra care we needed to move two hours away and fast. Luca walked us through the process quickly and was always very upfront with every step they were taking. Closed the deal in about a week with a closing about a month later at our request with the holidays upon us.

These guys are legit and won’t feed you what you want to hear just to set a deal that could easily fall through like another company we contacted. Their offers are fair and on point with what they do.

If you need to sell fast like we did then these are the guys to contact hands down.

Thank you for making this time less stressful on my family.

We recently sold our Waterloo home with SLG and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The entire process was remarkably smooth, transparent, and straightforward from start to finish. What we appreciated most was the flexibility and convenience SLG offered. We were able to select our preferred closing date, which made coordinating our move much easier. Additionally, SLG allowed us to leave behind furniture we no longer needed, saving us the hassle of disposal. The logistical benefits were significant: no realtor commission fees, no need to prepare for open houses, and no disruption from showings. Our own lawyer handled all the paperwork, giving us peace of mind throughout the transaction. For anyone looking to sell their home without the typical stress and costs, I highly recommend SLG.

Big shout out to Luca and the team at SLG Home Buyer for making the sale of my home super easy and stress free! I was in a tricky situation were I needed to sell my property within the next two days. All the other home buyers and realtors I spoke with said it couldn't be done. Luca assured me that he has helped many homeowners in the same situation as me before and he was true to his word! I will be referring Luca and SLG Home Buyer to anyone looking to sell their home!

Excellent customer service. Can't speak for the whole team but Evan was great to deal with. Didn't try to push me into anything, and was helpful in laying out my options. He followed up in the right manner, and at the right times. Definitely recommend SLG if you start to run out of options for your home.

We had an exceptional situation selling our mother’s home, and SLG Home Buyer made the process easy and professional. From the start, Luca guided us through all our options, ensuring we felt comfortable before signing anything. He handled the next steps with professionalism and care, offered a fair price, and made the entire experience seamless.

SLG Home Buyer exceeded our expectations. They even allowed us to leave any item behind, which reduced our costs for disposal. Despite it being near the end of the pandemic, we were able to complete everything virtually, including PDF signatures, bank closings with lawyers, and helpful extensions. Luca’s professionalism and dedication were outstanding, and I highly recommend SLG Home Buyer. It was a fantastic experience working with Luca and the team during a challenging time!

215 Reviews mostly from people who have sold their homes to SLG, yet the letter that arrived in my mailbox said they had only sold 65 homes, just 24 homes more than the letter my friend received years ago. So are all these reviews fake, apart from the one's who are upset about their high pressure door to door business model? Surely there are more critical thinkers who don't always give a 5 star review, and in my experience not everyone is 5 star thrilled with their interactions with a company.

When I spoke to them I got the feeling that this is very much like they're taking advantage of people who get into a mess with their finances. Don't rush into selling your hard earned equity in your home to someone with deep pockets - obviously they're not deep enough to pay you what your house is worth, even if it's not modernized or is a bit of a mess. I just don't want to pay high real estate fees to sell my house, but I'm not going to take a hit just because of a 'cash' buyer - my home is worth more to me than letting someone else buy my house for less than it's worth and sell it for a profit I could have got by going through a realtor or a for sale by owner service.

Fantastic experience! Loved working with Luca and team. Everything went smoothly. We got a fair price for the home and they even cleaned everything out. It was an estate sale and we couldn’t clear everything ourselves. Thank you for the great experience and relationship!

For the unique situation we had to sell our home, SLG Home Buyer was a professional and very pleasant company to work with. The first person who called was Daniel and he made sure we considered all options before we signed anything and i felt very comfortable. Luca, who saw through the following steps was professional and pleasant and work with and offered a very fair price for our home.
SLG was the best company to work with and I recommend them highly.
