From start to finish this company was great to work with. They came and inspected the house less than 48hrs after calling them. The process was very easy and stress free. Luca and the team were great. Our property is in Thorold and due to our parents needing extra care we needed to move two hours away and fast. Luca walked us through the process quickly and was always very upfront with every step they were taking. Closed the deal in about a week with a closing about a month later at our request with the holidays upon us.

These guys are legit and won’t feed you what you want to hear just to set a deal that could easily fall through like another company we contacted. Their offers are fair and on point with what they do.

215 Reviews mostly from people who have sold their homes to SLG, yet the letter that arrived in my mailbox said they had only sold 65 homes, just 24 homes more than the letter my friend received years ago. So are all these reviews fake, apart from the one's who are upset about their high pressure door to door business model? Surely there are more critical thinkers who don't always give a 5 star review, and in my experience not everyone is 5 star thrilled with their interactions with a company.

When I spoke to them I got the feeling that this is very much like they're taking advantage of people who get into a mess with their finances. Don't rush into selling your hard earned equity in your home to someone with deep pockets - obviously they're not deep enough to pay you what your house is worth, even if it's not modernized or is a bit of a mess. I just don't want to pay high real estate fees to sell my house, but I'm not going to take a hit just because of a 'cash' buyer - my home is worth more to me than letting someone else buy my house for less than it's worth and sell it for a profit I could have got by going through a realtor or a for sale by owner service.
